I highly do not recommend this insurance company for the purchase of an OSAGO policy. 2/10 (although the operators are polite and answer the phone, thanks already).

Chronology of events

1. The insured event occurred on August 31, 2019. Our side was recognized as the victim. Vehicle (Hyundai Solaris, 2014) sustained significant damage (not running). A call was immediately made to the UK, but the operator informed that it was necessary to apply only after receiving a decision from the traffic police.

2. The decision from the traffic police was received on "07" November. On the same day, a call was made to the IC, the operators initially refused to open a case, arguing that we need to contact the culprit's IC. The case was eventually opened (it took several phone calls).

4. December 08, 2019 trans. Wed was delivered to the service station (MKAD 32-km, vl 15). Directly at the service station, employees refused to accept the car until the documents were signed ("Order outfit" and "Agreement with Rosgosstrakh"). At the same time, the employees refused to give the original, or even a copy of the signed documents (!). The actions of the employees looked like blackmail (if you don’t sign the documents, we won’t go to the car, if you sign, we won’t hand over anything).

5. In January, another call was made to the Investigative Committee, the operators clarified that "the case is under negotiation", we additionally requested that an expert be sent to identify hidden damage.
