Ural Chamber of Real Estate(UPN) is the largest association of real estate market professionals in the Sverdlovsk region. Today, the UPN has about 250 members, including about 40 candidates for full members of the UPN.
The Regional Association Ural Chamber of Real Estate was established on August 11, 1995, registered in December 1995 as a non-profit organization, association legal entities and individual entrepreneurs carrying out activities directly or indirectly related to real estate, based on the Ural Chamber of Realtors, registered in May 1993. The founders of the Association were 53 organizations, including the authorities of Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region, public associations, banks, Insurance companies, construction and investment firms, legal organizations, real estate agencies in the region.
