2. Collection of the necessary materials and data for the WRC.
Collect information about the activities of the organization;
Analyze the collected information;
Reveal problems.
The most important task of undergraduate practice is the preparation and collection of information for writing the final qualifying work.
Since the thesis can be applied or research (theoretical) in nature, the tasks of undergraduate practice will differ accordingly.
The tasks of undergraduate practice are:
Describe the direction of activity to be studied.
Collect, summarize and systematize the materials necessary for thesis in accordance with the individual task:
Acquire practical skills, knowledge, skills and experience necessary for professional activities.
After completing the pre-diploma practice, the student must summarize the collected material, together with the supervisor of the final qualifying work, determine its sufficiency and reliability for the development and writing of the thesis, and reflect it in the report.
The organization of practice should ensure the continuity and consistency of mastering students' professional activities in accordance with the established requirements.
Responsible for the organization and conduct of undergraduate practice is the Department of Taxes and Customs.
The main organizational measures for conducting undergraduate practice:
Definition of basic organizations for undergraduate practice;
Preparation of necessary documentation;
Work on the distribution of students by places of practice and the selection of leaders;
Development of practice programs and subjects of individual tasks;
Control of the internship by students;
Summarizing.
Prior to the start of the practice, the Department of Taxes and Customs prepares a draft order for the organization and conduct of the practice, indicating the place of practice, practice leaders from BSUEP and from the enterprise.
Before the start of the practice, an organizational meeting is held with the students, at which the briefing is carried out, the Regulations and the program of the practice, the requirements for the report are explained.
As a rule, the head of the student's undergraduate practice is the head of the thesis.

Volumereportaboutundergraduatepracticenotmustexceed25-30 pages,notcountingapplications.
The report on undergraduate practice should be written, as a rule, in Russian and executed in a single style manner. The style of presentation should be scientific, involving the use of terminology accepted in the relevant field of science (practice). Proposals should be formulated in such a way as to avoid their ambiguous or contradictory interpretation, uncertainty of understanding. At the same time, one should not resort to artificial complication of the text, false scientism, which often hides the superficial content of the work.
To substantiate the provisions formulated in the report, judgments, hypotheses put forward, and the solution of various issues, the student needs to widely use the extracts made in the process of studying the sources. As an argument confirming this or that idea, conclusions formulated by experts on this problem can be used. In these cases, it is allowed to transfer someone else's opinion in the form of a free presentation, or quoting special passages from published works, articles, etc., but with a mandatory reference to the source. Links on the source are issued in form footnotes. By them content can judge about scientific apparatus work and her qualifying qualities.
At the same time, the author's position must necessarily find its expression, especially when it comes to hypotheses, versions, assessments, when certain conclusions are drawn, etc. However, the author's "I" should not clearly dominate, remaining, as it were, in the background, which is achieved by using the following constructions: "the author of this study believes (believes, is sure, shares the point of view, etc.)," "the author seems to prefer the hypothesis o. "etc.
The text material of the report on undergraduate practice should be made on one side of a standard sheet of white paper A4 (210x297), one and a half intervals, font size 14, Times New Roman font of standard size, text alignment to the width of the sheet and observing the following indent from the edge of the sheet ): left - 25 mm, top - 20 mm, right - 10 mm, bottom - 20 mm.
All pages of the report, including illustrations, list of references and appendices, should be numbered in order from title page and content up to the last page without omissions or additions. The title page and table of contents are included in the overall numbering of the report, but the page number is not included. The serial number is printed in the middle of the bottom margin of the page, starting with the number 3 or 4.
Subsections are numbered with Arabic numerals within each section, separated by a dot (1.2, 2.2, 3.1). Subheadings are printed in lowercase letters (except the first) from the paragraph. The heading of a section (chapter), subsection (paragraph) should not be the last line on the page. Items are numbered with Arabic numerals within each subsection, separated by a dot (1.2.1., 2.1.3., etc.)
A large amount of digital material must be given in comparison, dynamics and formatted in tables. According to their content, the tables are divided into analytical and ascertaining. Analytical tables are the result of the analysis of digital material, and are accompanied by comments: "it can be seen from the table that.", "as the table shows." etc. In the ascertaining tables, only a demonstration of digital material is carried out without commentary in the text of the study.
The main elements of the table are the serial number and thematic heading, the sidebar, the heading of the vertical chapters, the headings of the horizontal and vertical columns of the main part. Tables are placed in the text of the work after references to them. Tables must have titles and serial numbering, which must be continuous for the entire text of the final qualifying work.
The serial number of the table links it to the text and is necessary if there are two or more tables in the study. tables denoted by the word "Table" with a serial number, which is written in the upper left corner without paragraph indentation. The title of the table should reflect its content, be precise and concise. The name of the table is written in one line with its number separated by a dash. The heading of the table is made in lowercase letters (except for the first capital letter), the sign "№" and the dot at the end of the heading are not put.
The table should take no more than one page. If the analytical table is larger than one page, it should be included in the application.
All tables in the text should be referenced, for example "in table 1". You need to refer to the table in the place of the text where the position is formulated, confirmed or illustrated by it. In the text analyzing or commenting on the table, one should not retell its content, but it is appropriate to formulate the main conclusion , to which tabular data are brought, or to introduce additional indicators that more clearly characterize a particular phenomenon or its individual aspects.
The column "No. p / p" is not included in the table. If it is necessary to number the indicators of parameters or other data, the serial numbers are indicated in the sidebar of the table before their name.
Text repeated in a column, consisting of one word, can be replaced with quotation marks, if the rows in the table are not separated by lines. If the repeating text consists of two or more words, then at the first repetition it is replaced by the word "The Same", and then - by quotation marks. If numerical or other data are not given in the table, then a dash is put in the column.
Illustrations(drawings, figures, graphs, diagrams, diagrams, photographs) should be placed immediately after the texts in which they are mentioned for the first time, or on the next page, and can also be pasted on standard A4 sheets. They are indicated by the word "Figure" with a serial number, which is placed under the illustration (after the figure text) in the middle of the line. If the illustration has a title, it is located as follows: for example, "Figure 1 - Control Structure".
Captions and explanations for photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams and tables must be printed under them. The design of drawings, graphs, diagrams, diagrams must comply with the requirements of GOSTs.
Formulas and calculations should organically fit into the report on undergraduate practice, without breaking its grammatical structure. The formulas must first be given in literal terms, then the decoding of the indices and values included in them must be given. All symbol meanings must have an explanation, which is given directly below the formula with the words "where" without a colon in the same sequence in which they are given in the formula. The meaning of each character should be given on a new line. References to formulas in the text are indicated by a serial number in brackets, for example, "...by formula (2)".
There must be at least one free line above and below each formula or equation.
Formulas should be placed in the middle of the line. Formulas should be numbered sequentially within the entire work with Arabic numerals in parentheses, for example, (2) at the level of the formula itself in the extreme right position.
Enumerations may be given within clauses and subclauses. Each enumeration should be preceded by a hyphen or, if necessary, a reference in the text, a lowercase letter followed by a parenthesis. For further detailing of enumerations, Arabic numerals are used, after which a bracket is placed without a dot after the bracket. Within one paragraph or subparagraph, more than one group of enumerations is not allowed.
For example
a) _______________
b) _______________
1 ) __________
2 ) __________
in) _______________
When bringing digital material, only Arabic numerals should be used, with the exception of the generally accepted numbering of quarters, half-years, which are indicated by Roman numerals.
The intervals of values "from" and "to" are written with a dash, for example, 8-12% or pages 5-7, etc. For values that have two limits, the unit of measurement is written only once at the second digit. Such signs as No.,% are written only with numerical or alphabetic values, and in the text they should be written only with the words: "number", "percentage".
Mathematical signs "+", "-", "=", ">", "<" и другие используются только в формулах. В тексте следует писать словами "плюс", "минус", "равно", "больше", "меньше".
A project may have applications. Applications are issued as a continuation of the work or as a separate book. Each annex should begin on a new sheet with the word "APPENDIX" in capital letters in the middle and have a descriptive heading. If there is one application in the work, then it is not numbered, if there are several, applications are indicated by capital letters of the Russian alphabet: A, B, etc. (APPENDIX A). Appendices are placed and designated in the order of references to them in the text after the list of references at the end of the work, keeping the consecutive numbering of all appendices. All appendices must be listed in the table of contents with their title (title), numbering and page.
Listusedsources should contain information about the sources used in the performance of the work. The list of sources used should be arranged in the order in which references to them appear in the text and numbered with Arabic numerals. References in the text to sources are indicated by a serial number in square brackets.
The bibliographic description of sources in the list is carried out in accordance with GOST 7.1-92 "Bibliographic description of the document". Examples of bibliographic descriptions of literary sources are given below.

report on undergraduate practice
task for the graduation project
explanatory note
INTRODUCTION
The graduation project, carried out by 5th year students, is the final work in the complex education system in the specialty 052400 "Design". The quality of project preparation, as well as the ability of a graduate student to independently analyze, formulate and solve art and design problems, use the knowledge and practical skills gained in the process of studying at a university, is evaluated by the State Attestation Commission (SAC) and makes a decision on awarding the student a designer qualification.
Direct creative work on a diploma project is preceded by pre-diploma practice, during which the student consolidates the acquired knowledge, further develops the ability for collective authorial creativity and collects initial information for his project.
On the other hand, practice allows the student to actively participate in real design developments carried out in this design organization, see the results of their work, and participate in the life of the team. This contributes to the student's adaptation to the work of a designer in the future. In this regard, it is necessary to consider the place of undergraduate practice as a potential place for the future career of a graduate.
Such an organization of the student's work in practice makes it possible to obtain maximum efficiency, relevance and demand for a real graduation project in the future. Pre-diploma practice and diploma design is a single final stage of education at the university.
UNDERGRADUATE PRACTICE
Pre-graduation practice is carried out on the 10th semester for 8 weeks at automotive enterprises, research institutes and specialized design firms, as a rule, at those workplaces where the work of a young specialist is expected in the future.
Only students who have passed the tests and exams provided for by the curriculum are allowed to pre-diploma practice.
By the beginning of undergraduate practice, the student himself chooses and formulates graduation project topic based on available information and assuming an internship location where more information on the topic can be obtained. The topic is agreed with the teacher-consultant of the department "Design", i.е. the head of the design department, and later with the direct supervisor at the place of internship. The topics of diploma projects reflect the specifics of the enterprise in which the student will undergo pre-diploma practice. When choosing a topic, it is necessary to take into account the recommendations of industry experts, the general situation in the chosen direction of design, production and the consumer market, possible trends in the development of demand for certain design solutions, the inertia of research trends, the possibility of using computer software in the development of a graduation project and one's own capabilities. .
In any case, the graduation project should have a practical focus and a clearly defined buyer.
Purpose and objectives of undergraduate practice
Purpose of undergraduate practice:

Organization of practice
The practice is carried out in the department (department) of the Chief Designer of automobile plants, in art and design bureaus, research institutes, and specialized design firms, etc. designer workplaces.
To get acquainted with the work of the organization (structure, products, history, prospects, technical and economic indicators, the work of individual services, etc.), lectures and excursions are held.
· reports on technical and research works;
· reports on bench and road tests;
technical specifications for design;
reference books and materials of art and design departments;
· international standards, rules, GOSTs, factory and branch normative documentation;
Periodical technical and design literature.
During the internship, the student must:
Fully fulfill the tasks provided for by the practice program;
study analogues of the developed product and the progressive technical and design solutions applied in them;
Analyze the positive and negative qualities of technological processes;
obey the internal labor regulations in force at the enterprise, institution, organization;
Study and strictly observe the rules of labor protection, safety and industrial sanitation.
Practice Guide
The practice is managed by a specially dedicated teacher of the Department of Design - the "head of the design part" and a specialist of the enterprise where the practice is carried out - the "head at the place of passage".
The head of the design part ensures the implementation of all organizational activities necessary for the internship, monitors compliance with its curriculum in terms of timing and composition, controls the work and workload of students during internship, monitors the provision of the enterprise, institution, organization of normal working and living conditions for students . The organizational side of undergraduate practice is carried out by agreement between representatives of the university and the enterprise. If the personal presence of a university representative is required at practice points outside Moscow, the head of the design department goes there at the beginning of the practice and no later than 15 days before its completion.
The head of the place of internship is appointed by order of the director of the enterprise from among highly qualified specialists. The head of the place of passage is obliged to provide the necessary conditions for collecting information on the chosen topic of the graduation project, the possibility and degree of student participation in the development and research conducted in this organization, the social life of the team. The head of the place of passage contributes to the student's knowledge of design, construction, technology, economics, organization, planning and production management, scientific organization of labor, organization of research and design work, labor protection and safety during the period of practice, controls the implementation of students internal regulations.
During the internship, the head of the design department sets the time for consultations. In addition, for consultations on design, technology and materials, economics, safety and labor protection, the relevant departments of the university appoint their leaders. They give students individual tasks in accordance with the topic of the graduation project and the profile of the organization, supervise and advise students, and, if necessary, go to the place of practice.
Reporting Form
Pre-diploma practice ends with the student's report at the department and the submission of a written practice report for credit. The practice test (with assessment) is held at the Design Department at the end of the practice or in the first week after its completion.
The report on undergraduate practice consists of the actual materials and the title page with signatures.
Report content. The main materials for the graduation project in the specialty 052400 "Design" are general layout drawings car, exterior drawings and the necessary assembly and detailing body drawings of a unit or unit selected by the student for more thorough study. The report must include analysis the existing buyer of the product, consumer interests and constructive and stylistic solutions that meet these requirements. The report must give forecast a possible change in the customer circle outlined above, the possible emergence of new requests for the product in the near future. The report must contain drawings, photographs, diagrams, graphs, patent studies, calculation methods that explain relevance and need for innovation(and actually diploma design in this direction). It is also advisable to present some materials on technology, economics, environmental friendliness and safety of the design, taking into account their further use in graduation design.
Report formatting. All necessary calculations are performed in the SI system. Reports containing calculations in other systems are not considered. Reports are made on sheets of A4 white writing paper on one side. If it is necessary to use larger paper sizes, such sheets are folded up to A4 format and filed into a single block. The text of the report is printed with a single interval in '12' Times New Roman font with margins on the left - 30 mm, top, right and bottom - 20 mm with obligatory page numbering. It is allowed to write the text (clearly and legibly) by hand, as well as to enter formulas and symbols in typewritten texts with black ink or a ballpoint pen without marking. Tables, figures, drawings, diagrams and other graphic works included in the text are done with black ink or a ballpoint pen. Color illustrations are taken out on separate sheets. The minimum volume of the text part of the report on undergraduate practice is 20 typewritten sheets (~50 thousand characters).
Review. Along with the report, the student submits a review from the enterprise where the internship took place, indicating the time of the internship, the business qualities shown by the student, the degree of preparedness for graduation design, activity, and independence. The review is signed by the head of the place of passage and certified by the seal of the enterprise.
Pre-diploma practice credit. A completed report on pre-graduation practice, signed on the title page by the head of the place of internship and the head of the design part, is submitted for credit. The test committee includes the head of the design department, another teacher of the Department of Design and, if possible, the head of the place of internship. Based on the results of the student's defense of the report, the commission puts a differentiated assessment in the statement and duplicates it on the title page of the report.
After successfully passing the test, the signed report is returned to the student to use his materials in graduation design, and the student is admitted to graduation design.
A student who has not received credit for pre-graduation practice within seven days after the official end of the practice period is not allowed to graduation design.

Text section. All necessary calculations are performed in the SI system. An explanatory note containing calculations in other systems is not considered. The note is written on sheets of A4 white writing paper on one side. If it is necessary to use larger paper sizes, such sheets are folded up to A4 format and filed into a single block. The text of the note is printed with a single interval in '12' Times New Roman font with margins on the left - 30 mm, top, right and bottom - 20 mm with obligatory page numbering. The minimum volume of the text section of the explanatory note is 90 A4 typewritten sheets (~250 thousand characters).
Theme of the graduation project. The topic of the graduation project on the title page of the explanatory note must exactly correspond to the topic specified in the order of the rector. In this regard, all graduate students, after issuing the order of the rector, must check their topics with the text of this order.
Topics can be divided mainly into two categories:
Development of the appearance of the designed product - exterior
· Development interior with a detailed study of one node or unit.
Approximate titles of graduation project topics:
1. "Style decision of the body and the layout of a car of an especially small class on the units IZH-YU5ZH with the development of a supporting frame and a plastic body." In the design part, the strength calculation of the body frame is given under a dynamic loading model, in the technological part - the production of panels by contact molding, and in the environmental part - the provision of living space in the body during a frontal collision.
2. "Styling solution of the body and layout of a suburban bus based on ZIL-5301". In the design part, the traction-speed and fuel-economic calculation of the bus is given in comparison with the ZIL-5301.
3. "Interior style solution and layout of an executive car based on ZIL 41047 with the development of a seat." The design part shows the development of the front seat. All drawings and illustrations are in 1:1 scale. In the organizational and economic part, the calculation and economic effect of the innovation - the use of a new seat design are given.
Note:
The general layout of the car is required;
a detailed stylistic development of a unit or unit, its design calculation is required;
When choosing a topic, it is necessary to take into account the possibility of layout of the node in natural scale;
· When designing design systems, the issue of the node being developed in the design part is decided in each specific case individually.
Requirements for the defense of diploma projects:
· Preliminary defense of diploma projects is arranged at the Department of Design no later than two weeks before the SAC itself.
· The thesis project is allowed for preliminary defense if the title page of the explanatory note has the signatures of the student, supervisor, all consultants, head of the department and signatures on the sheets of the graphic part. The explanatory note is accompanied by the title page of the report on undergraduate practice with signatures, a written review of the head of the student's work and a review of the graduation project.

General layout drawings - side, top, front and rear views, the necessary sections, for cars, scale 1:5 (or 1:4), for buses and trucks 1:10. The main design drawing for cars and trucks is the side view layout, for buses the top view layout. Design should begin with it (2-3 sheets of the design part);
· diagrams, graphs, tables of positioning on the market with an overview of analogues (1-2 sheets);
drawings of the appearance from the side, front and back in the same scale as the layout (2-3 sheets);
drawings of the appearance in perspective from the front and back (the so-called "¾" - view at the corner) (2 sheets);
interior layout drawings - side views, front views on a scale of 1: 1, the necessary sections (2-3 sheets of the design part);
diagrams explaining the reach, visibility and safety of the structure (1-2 sheets);
Associative-stylistic tablets (2-3 sheets);
Search sketches on sheets of A4 or A3 format (sewn into a note);
drawings of the interior from the side, from the front on a scale of 1:1 (2 sheets);
drawings of the interior in perspective forward and backward (2 sheets);
Detailed development materials. The composition of the additional, more complete design and the general focus of the graduation project is specified with the head of the graduation project (4-6 sheets, including 1-2 sheets of the design part);
· materials on the technological part (1 sheet).
The total volume of the graphic part depends on the topic of the project and the complexity of the work performed, but not less than 14 sheets of A1 format, incl. design section of at least 10 sheets.
In the design part of the explanatory note, you must:
1. Summarize direction design, theme and purpose of development, as well as the scope of the product.
2. Articulate buying niche, its interests, to consider different groups of buyers of the same product. Give data on the approximate income levels of the buyer and the prices that the latter can pay for the product. Predict the likely change in both the composition and consumer demands in the near future.
3. Conduct an analysis of existing design and artistic solutions. Specify the price limits of competing cars within the selected class and plan an approximate price products.
4. Determine design base, select an engine, components and assemblies, manufacturing technology of the product based on cost and engineering restrictions.
5. Describe and systematize situations in which the vehicle is used, identify and analyze the direct requirements potential buyers in each of the situations, which goods are transported and over what distances, calculate the average daily and average annual runs.
6. Suggest technical solutions, satisfying these strictly defined requirements for the transport of passengers and goods, their fastening and layout in each of the situations, by designing, if possible, universal modular systems that give several different operational variations.
7. Deliver and decide stylistic issues, the main ones are: 1) reflection in the appearance of the product of its functionality, 2) compliance of the appearance of the product with the aesthetic needs of the consumer, 3) appealing the appearance of the product to certain images and associations, due to the tradition of human society. In the explanatory note, it is necessary to describe the logic for solving these problems, i.e. the logic of constructing compositional schemes, ratios and proportions of volumes, color combinations and other design solutions. Usually such reasoning is carried out sequentially: words-associations - images - things-objects - a car. Other plans are possible, but in the same logical order: existing analogues - analysis - problem statement - solution.
The note should also contain tables, figures, drawings, diagrams, photographs, diagrams, graphs, necessary calculations that explain the text part. Search sketches of the designed product are also sewn into the design part. For clarity, photocopies of pencil (black and white) drawings should be placed in the note, all color illustrations should be kept in a single color scheme at the stage of preliminary design.
The total volume of the design part of the text in the explanatory note is 30-70 pages.
Layout. A three-dimensional layout of the surface of the product is made on the scale of layout drawings or in full size, as a rule, from plasticine. It is possible to manufacture individual nodes in full size instead of prototyping the entire surface on a reduced scale. Decisions on layout must be agreed by students with the project manager before the start of graduation design.
The main task in making a model is to work out volumetric plastic solutions and basic compositional lines, which often cannot be fully represented on a flat drawing. In addition, the model shows the scale of stylistic ideas and their correspondence to the real size of the product. After finishing the surface, the layout is primed, polished and painted. It is possible to perform half of the symmetrical surface of the layout or to perform two different options for solving the appearance on the same layout, delimited by a plane of symmetry. Presentation of active, collapsible or composite models is possible. At the same time, a common surface, consisting of several parts divided by connectors, must be mocked up as a single surface and divided into parts after finishing.
With all layout options, it is necessary to think over in advance the organizational and technical aspects of submitting layouts to the State Attestation Commission when defending a project.
Design part
The design part contains the terms of reference for the car with full technical requirements, i.e. technical specifications car. The technical justification of the project is described with a mandatory review of existing similar structures and an analysis of their advantages and disadvantages. A patent search is carried out for one projected node. As a result, the selected design solutions are justified for the entire product and for a separate unit or unit.
When developing the exterior and a significant reconfiguration of donor car units in the design part, it is advisable to calculate the traction and speed characteristics and fuel efficiency with the construction of appropriate graphs.
It is desirable to use computer technology, especially when performing numerous calculations and processing statistical data. The use of the SI system is mandatory. When filling in the corner drawing stamps of the drawings of the graphic section of the design part of the graduation project, it is necessary to strictly follow a unified system of classification and designation of parts of units and assemblies. An example of a digital seven-digit designation in accordance with type groups is given in guidelines No. 1512. A detailed procedure for designating parts, assemblies, assemblies is contained in industry standards OH 025 210 and OH 025 211.
The total volume of the design part is 30-50 pages of text in the explanatory note and at least 3 sheets of the graphic part.
In preparing this section, it is advisable to use the following information. Guidelines No. 1512 for undergraduate practice and work on a graduation project for students of specialty 1502. Guidelines No. 103 for graduation design for students of specialty 0513.
