Erip is an unregistered payer number of Belagroprombank. Why do you need a payer number in Erip and how does it differ from payments in Internet banking? Economic growth has begun in the EAEU. How to find out if the payment went through in epip? How to find out the personal account erip

The ERIP system (this stands for "single settlement information space") appeared back in 2008. Its essence is to simplify the process of making all kinds of payments, both for ordinary people, and for organizations that accept these payments. The result was something like a one-stop shop, where ERIP acts as an intermediary between payers and organizations. Firstly, using this system, you can pay for many different services - from a communal apartment and a telephone to movie tickets and orders in online stores. To do this, you just need to know the necessary details: for example, a personal account number, phone number or order number. Secondly, any holder can use this system plastic card issued by any Belarusian bank(all banks that can accept payments from the public are connected to the ERIP). And thirdly, you can do this in any way convenient for you: at an ATM, at an information kiosk, and through Internet banking. You can even pay for something through ERIP in cash! Only for this you need to look into a bank branch or find a special terminal that accepts banknotes (they are also called cash-in).

Komsomolskaya Pravda collected answers to naive questions on how to use this system.

1. What is the payer number for? Is it possible to do without it and how to get it?

The system prompts you to enter the payer number every time you pay through ERIP at an ATM or information kiosk. You can skip this step, or you can use all the conveniences that this function has.

The payer number in ERIP (it is also called an identifier in ERIP) is a unique number that is assigned when making a payment, and then stores information about all previous payments: personal accounts, full names of their owners, addresses, phone numbers, and so on, says Natalia Shtevnina , Deputy Head of the Main Department of the Single Settlement and Information Space of the National Bank. - Thanks to this number, the payer does not need to re-enter the details each time - they are already stored in the system. In addition, if you pay regularly for some services (for example, electricity, telephone and internet), you can add them to the so-called basket of services and payments so that you do not have to look for them in the full list of available services each time. This basket will remain under your payer number even if you start using another card or change banks.

In order to obtain a payer number, you do not need to perform any special actions. It is enough to pay once through ERIP and receive a check. The payer number will be printed directly on it. Moreover, if you have never used this option, the number on each new check will be different. The next time you pay through ERIP, just enter these numbers (it's better to remember them or just always have them with you). Then you can see information about all previous payments made using this number.

2. Is it possible to pay through ERIP with cards of some banks at ATMs and information kiosks of others?

You can pay for services in ERIP using a card issued by any bank at an ATM or information kiosk of all banks connected to ERIP, Natalya Shtevnina comments.

By the way, no commission will be charged for paying through this system at a “foreign” ATM.

3. How quickly is money transferred to the recipient's account in ERIP? If I pay off the loan on Saturday, will the bank receive the money only on Monday?

According to the law, the transfer of accepted funds to service providers must be made no later than banking day following the day of receipt of payments. That is, when making payments from Friday to Sunday inclusive, the calculations will be made only on Monday, - explains Natalya Shtevnina. - If you need to make loan payments on Saturday and no later, then you need to look for a cash desk of the bank that issued the loan, which is open on a day off, or an ATM or information kiosk of this bank, or use the Internet banking services of this bank.

4. Is there any way to check if my payment has reached the recipient?

Payment confirmation is a check that is provided to the payer after the payment is made. You can also confirm the success of the payment in the contact center at number 141. To do this, you need to provide the operator with the details from the check - the transaction number in the ERIP or the payer's number in the ERIP, says Natalia Shtevnina.

5. Is it possible to use ERIP if you are abroad?

Being outside Belarus, payment in the ERIP system can be made using Internet banking, as well as using electronic money and payment services.

How to avoid unnecessary commissions when paying for services and goods through ERIP? How to quickly and easily make payments in this system? What to refer to if you are required to receive a receipt? How to correctly provide data on utility bills and how to avoid the traps of scammers when buying something in online stores? ERIP specialists have compiled 7 tips for those who use this system to pay for various services.

Check with your bank if they charge a fee for payments

You do not need to look for branches of a particular bank in order to make a payment in favor of an organization that is serviced by this bank. ERIP includes 23 banks of Belarus and RUE Belpochta. Therefore, you can pay through any bank, payment terminal or Belpochta branch - and ERIP will not take a commission.

Just be sure to specify whether the bank itself or the Service Provider to whom you are making the payment takes its additional commission for the type of payment you need.

Payments through ERIP do not need to be confirmed by paper receipts

Payers from time to time complain that they are required to provide a receipt confirming the fact of payment for a particular service in the ERIP. So - no one has the right to demand this from you! Article 251, paragraph 4 Tax Code The Republic of Belarus and Decree No. 200 on administrative procedures are on your side! According to these legislative acts of Belarus, payments made through ERIP do not require confirmation by paper receipts.

Just save the transaction number in ERIP, which will be displayed on the check. And that will be enough. The system stores information about all payments made.

And all instances that, in violation of the above-mentioned legislative acts, nevertheless require paper receipts from you, are obliged to check the completion of the corresponding payment themselves.

Create a personal shopping cart

When paying through ERIP, the system automatically assigns you an absolutely unique number - the ERIP payer number. Save this number and make all subsequent payments through it. Thus, your personal payment basket (personal accounts, contract and phone numbers, other data) will be gradually formed, the data on which the system will remember for 100 days and thereby significantly speed up and simplify the payment procedure.

To form a block of permanently paid payments, you must:

Make a payment at a payment acceptance point. After the payment is made, the payer number in the ERIP will be reflected in the check;
enter the payer number in ERIP;
select the location of the service;
select a group (subgroup) of services;
select the service to be paid;
enter the information necessary to make a payment (for example, personal account, contract number, phone number, UNP, etc.).

This procedure must be done for each payment that you want to add to your personal payment base.

What to do if the money went "wrong"

If you made the wrong payment through ERIP, then the easiest way out of the delicate situation is to cancel the payment on the day it was made. To do this, you need to call the ERIP Contact Center at 141 and provide the transaction number in the ERIP system, which is unique in itself and is indicated on the check. They will find out the status of the operation and tell you if a refund is still possible in case of an erroneously made payment. Banks transfer money the next day after payment. If it’s too late to cancel, that is, the payment went through, then you will need to contact the recipient of the payment to the organization to whose address the payment was made to return the money.

How to submit data on water through ERIP?

Enter the readings of water meters or report them to the bank / postal operator at the very moment the payment for housing and communal services is made in the ERIP. At the same time, current meter data is needed - that is, those that you see on the meters themselves, and not water consumption. The system calculates the cost itself.

Instructions for entering data on water meters:

Step 1: Select a service in the ERIP tree “Utility payments AIS “Raschet-ZhKU”
Step 2: Enter the personal account number, check the payer's full name, address, payment period

Example:
Petrov Petr Petrovich
Minsk, July street, 10, apt. ten
Personal account: 0987654321
Date of submission of the requirement: 07/15/2017

Step 3: Information about the previous values of the counter will appear on the screen. Enter the current meter value, not the actual water consumption over the past period.

Example:
Counter 1: Previous value: 110
Counter 1: Current value: 115
Counter 2: Previous value: 106
Counter 2: Current value: 108

The screen does not display the amount of payment for the meters, since the entered data will be taken into account when calculating the fee for utilities and included in the next month's notice when payment for the current period is calculated.

Example:

- total (BYN) 0
- Accrued: 0 BYN.
- The amount of payment payable for housing and communal services in the current period is displayed in the field:
- Accrued/Recalculated: 50 BYN Amount.

The current value must be greater than the previous value!
Do not enter the value "0" (zero).

If you did not consume water in the reporting month, then enter the same data into the system as in the previous month. If you do not know the readings of your counters, then simply do not fill in the "Current value" field.

More detailed information about how data is submitted and water supply is paid, check with the organization that charges for housing and communal services in your home.

How to make payments by service code

In ERIP, you can make payments using the service code. Determine the list of services you constantly pay for and find out their codes.

How can I find out the service code? On the official ERIP in the "payers" section you need to find the "search by services and payments" tab, or contact the contact center by phone number 141.

When paying in ERIP by service code, you must sequentially select the possibility of paying in ERIP by service code, and then enter the code and pay to the payee to the organization to which the payment was made.

How to protect yourself when paying for services and goods of online stores?

Many have already bought something via the Internet at least once and remember their worries when requesting card data. The excitement is not superfluous - with all the advances in security in online shopping, there are still enough cunning and dexterous scammers who use the data of other people's bank cards obtained on the Internet for their own selfish purposes.

How to shop online and keep yourself safe possible problems?

In order not to enter your data when placing an order bank card, you can pay for purchases using Internet banking through ERIP, simply using the order number that you receive when you apply online. These cards in Internet banking are already personalized, so the order number is sufficient when paying through ERIP. And the purchase is made, and your card details remain secret.

At the same time, in accordance with clause 1.10 of Decree No. 478 of December 1, 2015 “On the development of digital banking technologies» You have the right to even demand from the online store the possibility of paying for purchases made through ERIP. Unless, of course, the company serving the online store is located in the Belarusian jurisdiction.

11.12.2017

Belarusians often complained that it was very difficult to use ERIP - not every service could be quickly found in the "payment tree". Last week, the company launched an innovation that should make life easier for cardholders. FINANCE.TUT.BY figured out how it works.

1. What exactly has changed in ERIP?

At first, ERIP had only a “communal apartment”, then mobile and Internet payments, insurance services, loans, taxes, online stores were added to it ... As a result, now more than 56 thousand services can be paid in the system and the list is constantly growing. But the more features, the more time users spend searching desired service. And if with regular payments the issue was resolved using the payer number (it was possible to find previous payments by it), then with one-time payments questions constantly arose.

In the case of payment orders executed in paper form, execution may be extended by one working day. For the execution of a paper transfer, a commission of 0.99 euros is charged. By phone, online banking or financial software.

There are two: the main direct debit - and the company's direct debit -. The payee must tell the payer before moving when it will be done and how much the amount will be. This information is called pre-notification. Indentations that are repeated only need to be done once. This is not allowed, for example, if the mandate is missing or the mandate has been cancelled. In the case of a direct debit to a company, the debtor must be a non-consumer. Companies, individual entrepreneurs and business people. However, for a direct debit to a company, a valid mandate must also be available to the recipient and the debtor's bank.

To simplify the search and give the opportunity to keep your payer's personal data confidential, on December 20, the ability to search for a service by code in the ERIP tree was introduced, the company explained.

Safe online shopping

The direct debit of the company cannot contradict the payer. When a direct debit arrives, the payer's bank verifies that the data matches the mandate. It replaces the number bank account for bank transfers and direct debits. It currently has 15 to 22 characters.

Transfers, direct debit and card payments in Germany and Europe

All possibilities at a glance. Just sign in with your details. . The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications regulates the international exchange of data between banks. Each participating bank receives from it as an international bank code a unique identifier "Business Identifier Code".

Now the payer can immediately find out the service code from the organization in whose favor he is going to make the payment and there is no need to look for anything.

By the way, the new option is also suitable for those who pay for services in public places (for example, from a computer in a hotel or office): it will also be possible to use codes there, and not “shine” your personal payer number with information about personal payments. The payer number in ERIP is not obligatory requisite to make a payment!

Euro transfer is also available in online banking and in your banking software. We support you with a payment order in foreign trade. Please note the existing reporting obligation under the Foreign Trade Law for payments over EUR 500.

Direct debit has a fixed date. You can request a refund of the direct debit amount without giving a reason. As a payer, you will receive a direct debit mandate form from the payee, which you must return. With a direct debit mandate, you authorize redemption of direct debits from your bank. Each direct debit mandate must contain the following statements from you as the payer.

2. Do all services have a code in ERIP?

Yes, each service in the tree has its own unique code, which is assigned when the provider of this service connects to the ERIP.

Information about the service code can be obtained from the organization in favor of which the payment is made, as well as on the raschet.by website, the NIKFO ERIP specified.

3. So how now to pay for a communal apartment and other services?

When paying through ERIP, you can use two methods:

The following information is part of the direct debit mandate

Allowing the payee to receive payments from the payer's account by direct debit and instructing the payer's bank to redeem the direct debit credited by the payee to their account. Beneficiary's name Payer Payee's creditor identification number Whether it is one-time or recurring payments Payer's name Payer's bank name Payer's customer ID. The mandate reference number may also be announced retrospectively to the payer.

  • the usual choice on the tree of services;

  • search and payment by service code. To do this, in the root of the tree in the first place is the folder "Payment in ERIP by service code".

Search by service code is a new additional functionality, and how to pay now, everyone chooses for himself.

This is intended exclusively for companies. Pay quickly and securely in Europe. Due to legal requirements, conversion to a cashless payment system in Europe also requires adjustments to the information displayed on the sales display or bank statement.

So how now to pay for a communal apartment and other services?

You can take advantage of all the benefits of European banking services without further ado. The efficiency, security and speed of payments in Germany will not change in the future. If you have questions about the new standardized payments in Europe, we are here for you!

4. What will change for users of the so-called "saved payments" in Internet banking?

No, everything will remain as it was and the saved payments will not disappear. You don't need to reconfigure anything.

5. Why do I need a payer number in ERIP and how does it differ from payments in Internet banking?

In addition to paying by service code, ERIP also has such a convenient option as the payer number. It helps to create your own basket of payments and not to enter all invoices and contracts every time again.

The world is growing together more and more. However, payments are dominated by national procedures. Even within the euro area, transfers and direct debits are currently regulated differently. The word stands for the Single Euro Payments Area and aims to standardize cashless payments across Europe. The international bank account number is replaced no later than.

Account numbers with fewer digits are preceded by zeros. This is an internationally standardized banking code that uniquely identifies payment service providers worldwide. Check it out before sending it to us. You avoid unnecessary returns.

The basket of payments by payer number in ERIP is more universal than the similar one in any Internet banking - you can link everything to it financial obligations, make payments in ANY bank and through any payment device. You can even enter the "ERIP payment basket" when paying in cash at the cash desks of banks, at payment and information terminals, and post offices.

Instructions for entering data on water meters

Contact your bank. Online transfers to such a country are not possible; contact us in this case. In three justified cases, we can initiate a referral callback. Referral fraud Double payment Technical error of the bank. . Use them only in the future.

As a rule, you receive your annual consumption within approximately 2-4 weeks after the end of the 12-month supply period. In order to be able to meet this deadline for your gas billing, we are dependent on your network operator to inform us of the calorific value time and gas condition status.

How to create your payment basket using the Payer Number:

  • Make one payment for any service that you pay periodically.
  • Get a check indicating the payer number in ERIP
  • Log in again using the received payer number and save information on all personal accounts and contracts that you plan to pay with a certain frequency. The system remembers your previous transactions
  • When choosing a service from the "basket", the payer is loaded with all the current information on the payment, it is only necessary to check the data and make the payment.

To each of us in conditions modern world you have to constantly pay for any goods and services, and there are quite a lot of service providers, exactly as well as payment methods, but residents of Belarus have the opportunity to make almost all payments through one single system. For the past 8 years, the Unified Settlement and Information Space, or the Settlement System, has been operating there. This is a fully automated system, which was created on the initiative of National Bank Republic of Belarus in order to simplify the calculation system for individuals and legal entities. However, let's consider in order what ERIP is in Belarus.

About the system

The Calculation system was created in 2008 on the initiative of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, initially the purpose of creation was to pay for utilities, communications and others. But over time, other participants in the settlement system joined it. Simply put, the organization provides a technical opportunity for individuals and legal entities to make electronic payments, in the end, such a system allows you to automatically take into account all settlement operations, reduce the cost of making payments, have access to information about the payment made.

That is, usually payments between the payer and the service provider are made through the bank, the scheme will look like this in this case: the manufacturer enters into a service agreement with the bank, which, in turn, will be obliged to accept payments and transfer them to its current account. But if we take into account the fact that in the Republic of Belarus there is not one bank, but several, respectively, the payer can send a payment in one bank and transfer it to another, in this chain there are two intermediaries, that is, two banks. With the help of the settlement system, the scheme of settlements between suppliers and payers is simplified, that is, the funds go directly to the supplier if he is registered in this system.

To accept payment from payers using the Settlement system, it is enough to conclude a service agreement with National Bank. That is, all legal entities, suppliers of any services and goods can use this system. Moreover, it should be noted here that the service is paid for the recipients of payments, but approximately the same fee is charged for it as for the service in banking organization, respectively, with this cooperation, the recipients of payments do not significantly lose anything.

By the way, one cannot fail to say that even legal entities and organizations that do not have an IT infrastructure can connect to the ERIP system. What does it mean? That is, the problem of computerization takes place among some Belarusian enterprises, but in this case, their problem is solved by aggregators. But in this case, another side of the scheme appears - these are aggregators that provide a service on the terms of outsourcing the function of IT interaction with ERIP.

So, residents of Belarus can pay for absolutely any services through the Settlement system, through ATMs, bank cash desks, Internet banking or mobile banking, as well as through information kiosks. By the way, most Belarusian banks cooperate with the ERIP system. Although some, but mostly small banks, do not accept payments through the Settlement system. Payment through the ERIP (Settlement System) is accepted for various services, including utility bills, mobile communications, traffic police fines, payment for goods from online stores, taxes, and much more, in particular, you can purchase air and railway tickets through the system.

How to pay through the payment system

As mentioned above, payment through the Settlement system is available in several ways, including through Internet banking of more than 30 Belarusian banks. Among other things, the service is available at ATMs of commercial banks, mobile bank and at the box office. Currently, the Single Settlement and Information Space operates in such banks as Alfa-Bank, Zepter Bank, Transbank, Eurobank, BelVEB Bank, Belinvestbank, Belarusbank, Belagroprombank and many others. As well as other payment systems, in particular, Yandex Cashier.

How to pay through ERIP? If you want to send a payment through the settlement system, you can use the following instructions:

  • go to the Internet banking of the bank where you are a client;
  • in the corresponding section, as a rule, this is the payments section, you need to select the line "Settlement System";
  • you will see a list of available services, among which you need to select the one you need, for example,
  • taxes, utilities and more;
  • then you need to select a region or city;
  • then fill out the required form and specify the details;
  • then click the "Pay" button.

As you can see, the payment instructions are quite simple, among other things, ERIP online payments are made instantly, that is, the money is credited to the recipient's account in a matter of minutes. It is also impossible not to say that for many operations it is not charged commission fee. By the way, in this way you can also pay loan payments, buy goods, for example, movie tickets or airline tickets.

Please note, if you have any questions about the operation of the system, then you can go to the official website at www.raschet.by, or call the operator at 141.

On the official website of the settlement system, you can find all the participants of this site. Indeed, at the moment, more than 50,000 legal entities and organizations, including state ones, are registered here. Moreover, the list is replenished annually by about 400-600 positions. But still, you can find up-to-date information at http://raschet.By/platelshchikam/platelshchikam/.

True, there is one more nuance so that each time you do not waste time filling in personal data, it is enough to enter the payer code once so that some fields are automatically filled in, in particular, your personal data, this helps to significantly save time on subsequent payments.

How to get a payer code

The ERIP payer number is an individual code that is assigned to each payer. It will not be difficult to get it, it is enough to make a payment through the terminal or ATM once, in order to spend less time filling in the details in the future. How to find out your individual code, for this you need to make a payment and receive a check, it will indicate the payer number. In the future, you can enter a number so that the system automatically fills in your personal details.

By the way, one cannot fail to say that the system remembers each payment of the payer, therefore, on subsequent calls, you just need to enter the number to get information about last payments. For example, you pay utility bills on a monthly basis, each time you need to specify information, in particular, the details of the payee and your personal account, using the payer code, you can open the history of recent payments and click on the service you need so that you do not re-enter all the information . This greatly reduces your time in the future.

Please note that in order to receive the payer code, you can only through an ATM insofar as it will be written on your check, in the future you can make an ERIP payment via the Internet using your personal number.

But it should also be said that the payer number is completely optional, because without it you can also make any payments. True, here you will have to enter all the details every time in order for the payment to be successful, you need to indicate the name of the organization, its details, information about yourself, and so on. By the way, if you have lost the payer number or forgot it, then you can get it again in the same way, that is, through an ATM, you can do this an unlimited number of times insofar as it is not a mandatory requisite for payment.

Even through the ERIP system, you can pay for goods, for example, in online stores, however, this option is available only if the seller provides the opportunity. As a rule, you can find out about this directly on the resource website, where the seller offers several payment methods, among which there is a Settlement system.

Important! Information about completed transactions is stored in the system memory for only 100 days and is updated upon subsequent payment. For example, if the payer has not made transactions for the last 100 days, then information about his details will be deleted.

In general, ERIP is a convenient platform that is an intermediary between payers and payees. It allows you to pay your bills in a matter of minutes and receive money for service providers in a timely manner. Absolutely all residents of Belarus can use it, payments can be made only in Belarusian rubles, in cash or non-cash way, including by transfer from the account bank card or e-wallets.

What if the document already contains a UIN? Sometimes, especially when making payments through specialized Information Systems, when filling out an order in in electronic format in the line (its code is 22) the unique payment identifier appears by itself. How to treat it? Is it a mistake if the funds are deposited on time? Actually there is no error. You can pay both by indicating the identifier number, and by putting "0" in the line. It’s just that the identifier is required to be indicated in case of late payment, that is, at the request of the tax. Although it is possible to pay without distinction, however, this approach is undesirable. An enterprise must distinguish between ordinary tax payments and those that were paid at the request of the tax authorities. This will help avoid reporting confusion.

How to find out the code of the payer of housing and communal services at the address: features and step-by-step description

However, be careful - this way you will find out only your rent debts! To find out the debt for electricity, you need to contact the subscriber service of the relevant energy company, for gas - from the providers of this service, etc.

  • Go to EIRC without forgetting your documents. A staff member will introduce you to the total amount debt.
  • In some cases, having entered the necessary information, it is possible to find out about your debt at home by going to the website of your management company.
  • On the "Gosuslugi" it is not necessary to enter the payer code. Go to "Payments", then - "Payment of utilities" and find the required item in the menu.
    Enter the information requested by the site.
  • You can also find out about your debt in the payment terminals of Sberbank - be prepared to indicate your personal account.

Erip payer number - where to get it, why do you need it?

After all, an entrepreneur does not always know his unique payment identifier number, where to get it. In the second case, most taxpayers experience difficulties because they do not know where to get it and where to indicate it in the document. And incorrectly entered data leads to payment delays, penalties and fines. Where and how can I get an ID? How to find out information about the unique identifier of payments, and also whether the payment was accepted? You can check this both in your GIS personal account after registration in the system, and upon receipt of a payment order in case of delay in payments.
But this is an extreme case. The entrepreneur will know the number from the documents indicating the presence of a debt or a fine to the tax authorities. If there were no overdue payments, and you need to specify the UIN, then it is enough to send a request to tax service to get the number.

Housing and communal services debt on a personal account: payment procedure and responsibility

GIS GMP collects and processes information about money transfers between government agencies, organizations - payment operators and citizens. A unique number is assigned for each specific payment by the budget administrator. As conceived by the Treasury, any payments recorded in the GIS must have identifiers, but so far not all budget recipients form them.

When submitting a claim for payment of debts on taxes, fines and penalties, the Federal Tax Service indicates a 20-digit index on the document, which is the UIN this payment. When transferring funds, the taxpayer is obliged to enter this code into the details, and the organization accepting the payment must accompany the budget transfer with the received digital cipher.

Attention

But even if it was not possible to find out and indicate the identifier in the instruction, this does not give the banks the right to refuse to accept it. The bank is obliged to accept and transfer funds, even if the UPI (unique payment identifier) is not specified. This rule is spelled out in official documents of the tax service.

It states quite clearly that an individual or legal entity it is enough to indicate your TIN, and enter "0" in the line (code 22) of the unique payment identifier. In this case, the bank has no right to refuse to transfer the payment. But the entrepreneur must take into account that in case of an error or delay, the bank is not responsible.

What does the code mean: identifier decryption The identifier is decrypted as follows:

  1. The numbers from 1 to 3 indicate the code of the tax division in which the funds will go.
  2. The number 4 indicates the type of payment.

Why you need a win when transferring taxes and where to get it

Important

What to do if the UIN is unknown? Organizations that independently calculate and make tax payments on time do without UIN when forming bank orders. For them, the accrual code is the KBK, and the identifier of the payer itself is:

  • TIN and KPP numbers - for "yurikov";
  • TIN - for IP.

For example, an entrepreneur using the “simplified system” is obliged to make quarterly advance payment- no later than 25 days from the end of the billing period. How to deal with the UIN when transferring taxes to the simplified tax system? Forming payment order, the IP must indicate:

  • in field 104 - BCC in accordance with the current directory of budget classification codes;
  • in field 22 - "0".

Thus, in the absence of a tax notice, the field intended for entering the UIN will always have a zero value.

Tax identification number

Many people have a question that some information kiosks (for example, Priorbank OJSC) can accept cash payments, but for this they require you to enter the payer number in the ERIP. Where can I get this number? The fact is that for payment in ERIP, the ERIP payer number may not be entered. But in this case, you will not be able to take advantage of such an advantage of the system as creating your own payment basket.
You don't need to get it anywhere. If you do not have an ERIP Payer Number in the event that you are asked for this number at an ATM, information kiosk, Internet banking, cash desk or any other device, you just need to skip this step. Select the service you want to pay for in the tree that opens, make the payment and, in general, that's all - you are a full-fledged ERIP payer. A unique number is generated in the system, then it is placed on the payment receipt - the ERIP payer number column.
