The decisions adopted at the last session of the State Assembly of the Republic of Moldova in 2016 will most likely be discussed for a long time in families, work and educational groups, and simply at the entrances of houses. And no wonder: after all, in fact, we are talking about changing the procedure for providing a number of social benefits.
Innovations will affect, for example, full-time students of Mordovian universities. True, not all, but those who are just about to receive higher education or continue their education in the state scientific organizations of Mordovia after July 1, 2017. They will have to pay for travel in automobile and urban ground electric transport on a general basis. Reduced travel tickets, now issued to full-time students, will remain only for people from low-income families.
In parallel, the so-called need criterion is established, which gives the right, in particular, to acquire a single social travel card. Non-working pensioners and veterans, in essence, will remain the same. But those who continue to work will be able to apply for this measure of social support, provided that their average monthly income does not exceed 15 thousand rubles.
Also, employees of penitentiary inspections are deprived of the right to free travel on all types of urban and suburban public transport. This is due, however, to the fact that this norm has remained unclaimed for several years.
Another innovation is the introduction of fixed monthly payments for housing, heating and lighting for rural teachers. If now compensations vary from 39 rubles to 18 thousand, then from next summer the indicated amount will be 1601 rubles. An exception is made for pensioners who have been teaching for at least 10 years and have taken a well-deserved rest immediately after working in rural schools.
In addition, the indexation of the republican maternity capital is cancelled. Its amounts remain the same: 125,270 rubles for the birth or adoption of a third child, 150,324 rubles for the fourth, and 187,906 rubles for the fifth and subsequent children.
Similarly, the republican authorities expect, firstly, to observe the principles of social justice, and secondly, to save budget resources. By the way, considerable - in general, at least 20.25 million rubles annually.

Accordingly, in various regions, social support is expressed in different forms.

But in order to refuse services, it is necessary to write a corresponding application to the social protection authorities before October of the current year.
Benefits for utility bills for labor veterans
The rights of a labor veteran are specified in Federal Law No. 5 of January 12, 1995 "On Veterans". The title of "Veteran of Labor" was indicated in the provisions of this legislative act and was subsequently assigned to the category of citizens who received certain benefits and benefits after receiving it.
In addition to the amount of benefits, regional authorities independently develop regulations for granting the status of a labor veteran in their region. However, these legal acts cannot contradict the main document - federal law No. 5-FZ "On Veterans".
For example, the monthly cash payment to labor veterans in St. Petersburg is 707 rubles according to Art. 62 of the Social Code adopted in this city. The following additional payments are provided to labor veterans as additional measures of social support:
In the summer of 2020, Article 3 of the Federal Law No. 388 came into force, according to which a number of changes were made to the law "On Veterans". From now on seniority, required for conferring the title of veteran of labor, was increased to 20 years for women and 25 years for men (previously it was required to have at least 7 years of insurance experience).
Hello. There can be many reasons why you do not receive receipts. If you don’t want to let everything take its course, contact the tax office at the place of residence, let them explain the situation to you, why you don’t receive payments. You can do nothing at all, since you are obliged to pay tax exclusively on receipts that you do not have. But the absence of a receipt does not mean that debts and penalties will not accumulate and tax authorities have the right to collect debts for the last three years.
