According to Federal Law No. 273-FZ, since September 1, 2013, teachers have the right to receive additional professional education (hereinafter referred to as AVE) in the field of pedagogical activity at least once every three years (clause 2, part 5, article 47). However, the new Federal Educational Standards (FGOS 3), this right is transferred to the category of mandatory requirements. They explicitly state that teachers and masters of industrial training need to be trained in additional professional programs - advanced training programs, including in the form of internships in specialized organizations at least once every three years. Thus, the requirements for personnel presented in GEF 3 are aimed at improving the quality of pedagogical qualifications and developing a wide range of pedagogical competencies required in modern conditions.

Targeted internships, provide methodological training and technological literacy when using new information resources in educational activities.

2. How is the internship organized?

Infomethod LLC has developed standard programs for eight areas of internship, involving the development of techniques for working with network information resources, obtaining skills in the development of interactive didactic materials and applying them in educational practice.

The main organizational points of the internship:

  1. Those wishing to take an internship submit an application for standard form on the site site Application.
  2. The methodologist of the center clarifies the details and sends required package documents and invoice.
  3. After payment, an order is issued by the organization for admission to an internship and the appointment of a curator or tutor.
  4. The trainee receives a login and password to access the remote system with methodological materials and tasks.
  5. 45 days are allotted to study the materials and complete the assignments. In case of difficulties, the trainee turns to the tutor.
  6. Completed tasks are checked and annotations and reviews are prepared on them. Recommendations are given.
  7. The methodologist prepares a package of final documents, including a report on the internship, a diary of passing, a certificate from the organization indicating the work performed. The documents are certified by the signature and seal of the director of Infomethod LLC.
  8. Documents are agreed with the trainee and approved. The certificate of completion is signed (electronic document).
  9. A package of ready-made and approved paper documents is sent to the trainee's address by letter through the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Russian Post.

The schedule is set individually
Number of trainees studying at the same time (remotely): 25 people
Calendar dates for the internship for 2017: from January 15 to June 15 and from September 15 to December 25.

3. What is included in the internship program?

The main regulatory document for a teacher during the internship period is an individual advanced training program approved by the director of the educational institution and the chairman of the PCC. Taking into account this program and on the basis of the programs of internship areas that exist at Infomethod LLC, an individual internship plan is drawn up, which the trainee must agree with the management of his organization.

Infomethod LLC has developed standard templates for internship programs, which, after consultation with the Customer, are finalized in accordance with the requirements of a particular educational institution. The content of the internship is included in the Annex to the Agreement.

4. How to conclude an internship agreement?

The basis for sending a teacher for an internship is:

  1. an application from an institution to organize and conduct an internship for teachers;
  2. the initiative of the teacher himself, with the consent of the organization hosting the internship.

Admission to an internship is issued by order of the head of the organization. In the case of a collective application from an educational institution, the direction of teachers for an internship is issued by order of the director of the educational institution. Both parties conclude a bilateral internship agreement.

5. What internship documents are needed for certification?

The procedure for passing the certification of employees is approved by the administration of a particular educational institution and coordinated with higher authorities.

As a rule, a copy of the order to accept a teacher for an internship, an internship agreement and an act of passing it are kept in the personal file of the teacher who has completed the internship, and the internship program is submitted to the college's methodological office.

Documents on the teacher's internship, as an obligatory part of advanced training, are necessary for passing the certification procedure for teachers for the qualification category.

6. How does the remote internship work?

At Infomethod, the internship is organized remotely. This format of passage provides additional features on the development of modern possibilities of using the Internet in education. A system has been deployed on the company's hosting to access training materials distance learning, to which the trainee is granted access by personal login and password. All the necessary instructions are presented in text format, provided with illustrations, there are video files illustrating the stages of performing typical tasks. During the internship, the teacher creates materials to support the course in which he teaches, using his own work.

A small selection of training materials is available for viewing at

The internship can take place in two formats: with tutor support and without tutor support.

The presence of tutor support means that the trainee can seek clarification and assistance from the mentor appointed at the conclusion of the Agreement. The tutor will help with the assignments, comment on the shortcomings of each assignment, indicate ways to correct and improve.

In the absence of tutor support, the trainee works independently according to the proposed teaching materials. Initially, the IOC methodologist is obliged to make sure that the materials are available to the trainee, the purpose of the tasks is clear, and the technology of working with the LMS system does not cause difficulties. Upon completion of the work, the methodologist accepts the completed task and passes it for verification to the appointed curator, who checks the work performed, gives recommendations on each task in writing.

Of course, in case of serious problems, the IOC team will come to the rescue and give the necessary advice in any case!

7. What are the legal regulations regarding internships?

According to legal concepts, an internship does not have sufficient regulation. The Labor Code of the Russian Federation does not contain separate articles on internship issues. In practice, an agreement is usually drawn up between the trainee and the employer, in most cases, implying an increase in the level of knowledge, qualifications of the trainee, rather than the performance of his labor functions.

According to Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 28, 2013 N 966 (as amended on November 12, 2016) "On licensing educational activities" educational activities carried out by conducting one-time classes of various types (including lectures, internships, seminars) and not accompanied by final certification and the issuance of documents on education of the established form is not subject to licensing. In accordance with part 15 of Article 60 federal law No. 273-FZ organizations carrying out educational activities, has the right to issue to persons who have mastered educational programs for which the final certification is not provided, documents on training according to the model and in the manner that are established by these organizations independently.

In LLC "Infomethod" the final document confirming the internship. is a certificate (or certificate) indicating the direction of the internship. a list of work performed and a duration of 36 hours. The document is certified by the seal of the organization and the signature of the head.

8. Who pays for the internship?

In LLC "Infomethod" the internship is organized on the basis of full refund costs by the trainee on the terms of 100% prepayment of information services to the settlement account of the organization.

The estimated cost includes:

  1. Work on the creation and updating of educational and methodological materials;
  2. Work on the administration of the distance learning system;
  3. The work of a methodologist in the preparation of the necessary documentation;
  4. The work of the curator or tutor for checking, reviewing and consulting the trainee;
  5. Works related to the publication of an article by a trainee in the collection of VNPK;
  6. Postage for shipping.

Given that the trainee does not perform any work in the interests of the organization, all costs for the internship are paid by the trainee or the educational institution that sent him. This provision is fixed in the Internship Agreement.

Sample documents for internship

Below are typical templates of documents of LLC "Infometd" related to the organization and conduct of remote internships-workshops for teachers. You can download, print and study all materials.

When preparing a package of documents, you should make specific changes, agreeing them with the methodologist responsible for preparing the documentation.
