And our own factory laboratory allows us to carry out quality control of welds by radiographic method and mechanical tests.

The tasks of the internship for the teacher of the technical school were: improvement of professional and pedagogical competencies; mastering innovative technologies, forms, methods and means of training, adaptive base enterprise; development of specific proposals for improving the educational process in the field of training specialists for the enterprise; practical study of modern enterprise equipment and production technology; work with technical and regulatory documentation, taking into account the peculiarities of the product range.

As a result of the internship, the teacher spec. disciplines studied the equipment in detail: installation for plasma cutting of metal, automatic plasma and argon arc welding installation, installation for X-ray control of welds. In the future, the teacher used the knowledge gained in explaining the topics of professional PM modules. 02 Welding and cutting of parts from various steels, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, cast irons in all spatial positions, and during laboratory work in the profession of SPO Welder. And also when explaining topics on PM.01 Preparation and implementation technological processes manufacturing of welded structures for mid-level specialists in the specialty SPO 150415 Welding production.
