    As it turned out, it was impossible to get through to this service - they simply do not pick up the phone. After a two-hour call, I demanded that the manager solve the issue of replacing the terminal himself, and at the same time bring a portable one instead of a stationary bank installed by mistake - and oh, a miracle - they contacted me 15 minutes later and agreed on the time of arrival of the technician.

    After replacing the terminal with a new one, I gladly agreed with the client and went to a meeting to accept payment by card, but, unfortunately, the same error 4401 flaunted on the terminal screen after entering the pin code on the chip. The call to the authorization service is already the second, didn't give anything either. Then I began to find out what could be done in this situation with my client manager, and he gladly informed me that the problem was in the terminal itself and called a technician to reinstall it, and also gave the contacts of the curator from the acquiring department, so that it would be more convenient for me to resolve the issue directly . The technician came the next day, but the issue could not be resolved. I talked with the curator and she complained that the transaction authorization department was to blame for everything and suggested trying to make a payment with authorization again, only be sure to write down the time of the call, the name and number of the employee (in order to resolve the issue), and also strongly recommended to demand in the conversation with a specialist in the authorization of his head, to resolve the issue.

At this point, I again met with the client and we tried to conduct a transaction and - lo and behold! - I was told that now it will definitely work out - let's carry out the operation while the specialist is on the phone - everything is authorized, everything will be paid - but nothing happened - error 4401 appeared a new version- that a pin code is not entered during the transaction (this, of course, is not the case, the pin code was entered every time), and so on and so forth ...

    Since this client is one of the main ones for me, and the situation seems to be unsolvable by Sberbank managers (for 11 days already), and also in connection with the approach to solving problems adopted in this bank, I decided to change my current account and leave Sberbank , since the service, which consists in (direct quote from the manager’s letter) “I understand YOU perfectly well, but what can I do?” absolutely does not suit me.
