The architectural plan of the house itself. How to quickly and inexpensively build a house from a bar with your own hands. Format: individual training

The architectural plan of the house itself. How to quickly and inexpensively build a house from a bar with your own hands. Format: individual training

Individual construction is considered a difficult task, especially for those who are poorly versed in this area. It all starts with a project. You can do this both on your own and turn to specialists. The first option, of course, saves money. That's just such unprofessionally drafted projects, the commission may not accept. To prevent this from happening, you need to know all the subtleties of drafting a project and the rules for its design.

Initial development

First you need to accurately imagine what kind of cottage should end up. If before that a person had no experience in the construction business, then it is worth spending a couple of days reading the relevant literature on the design of buildings and what they are.

The first rough sketches can be done in a regular notebook. So you can gradually form the approximate shape and type of the desired building. You can start by looking at images of houses in magazines and books. No need to be afraid to experiment and add or remove different components.

If there are no special drawing skills, you can use special computer programs for design. It will not take much time to master them, but they will allow you to create a project more competently and quickly. When will the approximate appearance home, it's time to start developing a plan for the first floors.

First floor of the house

At this stage, it is necessary to properly calculate the dimensions of the planned building. These dimensions are affected by the area of the land.

It is important to consider what building materials will be used in the construction of load-bearing structures. After all, the type of foundation will depend primarily on the weight of these materials.

The following are the rooms that are present in almost any house on the ground floor:

1. Hallway. Sometimes it is combined with another small room, for example, with a closet;
2. Kitchen. Many owners also want to have access to the veranda through it, where you can comfortably eat;
3. Living room. This is usually the largest room;
4. Bedroom. If the family is large, then the bedroom may not be one;
5. Sanitary room.

When it is decided how many rooms will be in the house and what configuration they will have, their area should be calculated. These calculations are made on the basis of the already planned total area of the house.

When creating a drawing, one must take into account the thickness of the walls and partitions in the house. This thickness is influenced by the building materials used.

The second floor of the house should be planned only after the layout of the first one has been drawn up.

building foundation

When it is decided what kind of foundation to lay under the future structure, it is necessary to do a lot of calculations. First of all, it is necessary to take into account the type of soil of the site and the level of groundwater.

It is important to consider that the base of the building must be larger than the house. This moment must be taken into account when calculating the total area.

After the basic calculations, they proceed to the preparation of estimates. It indicates all the building materials that will be used in the construction of the house.

There are three important parts of the structure, which mainly go to the materials:

1. Bearing parts of the building and partitions between rooms;
2. Overlap. This is especially true if builders will build a multi-storey building;
3. Roof.

It is also necessary to make sketches of the facade of the house. This must be done from several angles. This will help to most fully imagine how the new house will look from the outside.

In addition to the main plan, the project includes several additional plans. They display the location of electrical wiring, sewerage, water supply.

Think about what you want to get as a result. Before you start creating a plan, think about what kind of house you would like. You need to know in advance how many rooms and floors it will have.

Draw the perimeter of the house with a pencil, thus marking its external walls. For convenience, take a large sheet of graph paper.

• After drawing the perimeter of the house, draw a parallel line next to it. This line must be adjacent to the first, for example, one division away from it, but the exact distance between them is not important. This is done for beauty and to emphasize the thickness of the outer walls. If the house will have a second floor, take another sheet of paper and place it on top of the first. Thus, through the top sheet of paper, you will see the outer walls applied to the bottom sheet, which also limit the second floor.
• Now you can draw the interior walls; as for exterior walls, use a double line. Be sure to include in the drawing all the rooms you have planned. At the same time, many forget about the utility room, designed to accommodate a heater, washing machine, dryer, water filter, and the like.

Draw windows and doors. After you draw all the walls, you can start painting the windows and doors. They may vary in size. For example, the front door is usually larger than the door leading to the bathroom.

• To draw a window, erase the section of the wall where it will be located. Draw a line between the walls. Give the window thickness by drawing another line that protrudes outward from the first one by one division. Since these lines will lie between the lines of graph paper, a ruler will be required to draw them. As a rule, rooms facing outside walls have at least one window, but the exact number of windows in each room depends on the designer, that is, on you.
• Doors are a little easier to draw than windows. Just erase the place in the wall intended for the door with an elastic band, then connect the walls with a straight line running in the middle. Unlike the window, the second, outer line does not need to be drawn.
• Find a pattern with templates to draw the rest of the objects on them. It's time for the interior details. The house will need plumbing sinks, a toilet, a bathroom, closets, a stove, a refrigerator. All this can be drawn using special templates. If you do not have such templates, simply indicate on the plan the locations of various objects, without going into details - just so that it is clear where everything is.

To get an idea of what you will get as a result and how the rooms will look, try to put pieces of furniture on the drawing. This step is optional, but it's best to imagine what the house will look like from the inside. You can draw beds, TV, sofas, tables and chairs. For furniture, as well as for household objects, there are also special templates. Do not go into small details and draw furniture in the form of squares and rectangles, using lines on graph paper.

Go to the layout of the yard. Until the next step, there is no need to apply many details. Just mark the porch and driveway. Unlike walls, the thickness of the porch edges does not need to be marked, so use a single line.

The project is prepared before the start of any construction. It doesn't matter if it's big country cottage or modest in size country house, all plans and dreams are first realized on paper. Thanks to the development of the project country house the final cost of all materials and work is calculated quite accurately, which will allow you to complete the construction on schedule and enjoy life in your new home.

To date a large number of firms provides services for the calculation of individual projects or sells ready-made ones. But their prices are very high, and most self-builders, trying to save money, do not attach much importance to this. Indeed, you can develop a project at home on your own, but you need to know what exactly you should pay attention to.

Stages of developing a private house project

Before starting work directly on the project of the house, you will need to decide on the purpose of the house.

• Will it be a summer cottage, or is a solid house being built for year-round use.
• The number of residents. The number of rooms for family members is calculated, and those who will visit the house on short trips are also taken into account.

• Determine if there are other buildings on the site. Will there be a separate garage and for how many cars it is designed, the location of the bathhouse, well, septic tank and other objects that affect the dimensions of the house and its optimal location on the site.

• The location of the house will also be influenced by the lifestyle of its owners. Wanting to create a secluded recreation area, closed from prying eyes, the house is located at the beginning of the site, blocking it courtyard. Or vice versa, they move it deeper, revealing a beautiful facade and a well-groomed landscape.
• The presence of a slope on the site and geodetic studies will also make their own adjustments.

All this is taken into account and, based on the data obtained, develops a master plan for the site. It will help you save time and money. Focusing on the markings, a parking lot for cars is immediately prepared, a septic tank is installed, a well is drilled, etc.

Development of projects of houses and cottages

Now the stage of developing a house project begins. Its approximate dimensions and location on the site are already known.

Creation of a draft design

A draft project can be done independently, and in accordance with it, a professional architect makes sketches of the layout, spatial and style solutions.

These drawings include a building plan, roofing and floors of the house. It also displays the appearance of the facade, longitudinal and transverse section of the building. It also notes what materials the house will be built from, the design features of all elements. And already on the basis of a detailed draft design, a worker is created, which will become a guide for builders.

Development of a working project of a residential building

Architectural design stage

The architectural design is one of the most enjoyable moments in planning a house. It draws the location of all rooms and their sizes, thinks out additional rooms, and also marks the places where windows and doors will be located.

At this stage, the material from which the house will be built is taken into account. The thickness of the walls, the size of windows and doors, the slope of the roof depend on it. The result is a whole set of drawings with explanatory notes. You can do everything manually on paper or with the help of specially designed computer programs. More details about them will be discussed below.

Structural design stage

At this stage, all elements of the house are calculated. What kind of foundation to apply and how deep it is. How to make a “pie” of walls, interfloor ceilings are selected, the location of the rafters and the presence of a chimney are calculated. As a result, a set of drawings is created with the construction of the walls, with a plan for the truss system, interfloor stairs, lintels, beams, etc. All materials must be accurately calculated so that all the required quantity can be purchased at once.

Engineering project

This is an important section that is not always found on building plans, but without it it will not be possible to build a quality turnkey house. It includes the calculation and design of sewerage systems, water supply, ventilation systems, heating circuits and electrical equipment.

This project should contain phased work on laying communications necessary for life support. The detailed design details all the information about the design capacity of the building, about the distribution of the electrical network and about the grounding system for lightning protection. A separate section includes the installation of a home security system.

House design project

This is the final design stage. It is determined on it with the color scheme of facades, roofs, walls, decoration interior spaces. It is desirable to think over at the design stage and the stylistic design of the rooms, the arrangement of furniture.

Creating a project with your own hands for a private developer is more rational if he will carry out all the construction work on his own. Having received a project from an architect, it will be difficult for a non-professional to understand it and understand exactly everything that is drawn there.

What to look for when developing an individual project at home

The project should be approached comprehensively, taking into account all the structural and engineering features of the building. To build your dream home, even at the stage of acquiring a land plot, you need to take care of the possibility of arranging water supply, electricity and sewerage. But no matter how carefully the project of the house is developed, a non-professional will still not take into account all the nuances. And during construction, there will inevitably be moments when you have to redo or think out individual structural elements on the go.

Modern materials and the availability of information somewhat simplify the work for private developers. Yes, there are a lot of free ones online. standard projects. But it should be understood that no one will give high-quality work for free for general use. All of these projects require serious improvement or are incomplete.

The second option is to buy a ready-made house kit from the factory. It is a pie of two panels of OSB boards, and between them a layer of foam. Having chosen a specific frame house project from the manufacturer, it is produced taking into account all door and window openings, and for extra money, interior partitions.

The customer only needs to assemble it according to the attached instructions in the likeness of a designer. But in any case, the starting point in the development of any project is the construction budget.

Features of the development of a wooden house project

When creating a project for a log or timber house, you will have to take into account a number of nuances that will affect the final result:

• a beam or a log for a house, as a rule, has a length of 6 m. When building a spacious house, this is often not enough and it becomes necessary to join the logs together. It is impossible to do this on an open wall, therefore, these joints are calculated at the cuts, which are additionally insulated;
• to ensure proper shrinkage and rigidity of the entire house, the joints are staggered in each subsequent crown of logs. At the same time, they will need to be distributed over several neighboring cuts;
• the method of assembling a log house implies only an even number of corners;
• when designing, the correct distribution of loads on all load-bearing elements is taken into account;
• based on the initial length of the material of 6 m, the project must be created taking into account the minimum amount of waste;
• log partitions of the second floor should be placed only above the load-bearing walls, in all other cases they are replaced by lighter pillars made of timber or edged boards;
• with an attic second floor, the staircase should not adjoin the wall on which the roof slope rests.

Programs for developing a project at home

Modern programs greatly simplify the task of self-designing a house. With their help, 3D models are created that can be viewed from all angles, zooming in or out. Most of them are adapted for ordinary users and are free. Consider some of the most popular programs.

Perhaps the most popular program is Google SketchUp. It is the easiest to use, but at the same time multifunctional.

With its help, you can create a 3D house project, interior design and landscape design. It contains many textures and is very useful for designing structures that require calculations with millimeter precision. In addition, it is absolutely free.

Less popular and Arcone. But it will be possible to work with it only after mastering the training material. It allows you to create 3D models of houses and interiors. It shows the lighting of the room, corresponding to the location of the windows.

It is especially important for the development of the project that the program creates horizontal and vertical sections of the building. The licensed version is only available for a fee.

Another popular program is ArchiCAD. It is used not only by amateurs, but also by professionals. This is a whole set of tools for building design and design. It allows not only to create beautiful models, but also to maintain all construction and technical documentation. The licensed version is also not free.

Summing up, I would like to say that the development of projects for the construction of houses is a painstaking and rather complicated matter. You can create a sketch part on your own, but slowly and carefully thinking through and looking through all sorts of options. But the working part is best left to professionals. You can not do without the help of an architect in preparing a project for the district administration, for issuing a building permit.

Individual construction is a long and very complex process, and at the same time it is practically impossible without a high-quality and well-designed project. Since most of the people who plan to become owners of private housing build it on their own, they also try to do without the help of specialists and develop plans and projects with their own hands. As statistics have shown, in most cases they are incorrect, and the commission simply does not accept them. In order for you not to face a similar situation in the future, you need to know how to make a house project with your own hands correctly, and what you should pay special attention to during its creation.

First stage

First of all, you need to have a clear idea of what kind of house you plan to receive at the end of construction. If you have not encountered such work before, then try to study as much literature as possible on the creation and construction of private houses. Arm yourself with a notepad and pencil, because in order to create a project for your own home, you without fail you will need to draw it. If you cannot decide on the model and shape of the future structure, then view the pictures finished houses, it is possible that among them you will find exactly the one that you like, adding or removing some of its constituent elements. If you do not like to draw and know how to use computer programs, then today you can easily create a project for your future housing with their help.

After you decide on the appearance of your building, you need to develop its plan. It is he who is the main part of your project.

Ground floor and basement

Start by calculating the dimensions of your future home. To do this, you need to take into account the territory of your site. The next thing to pay attention to is the main building materials that will be used for the load-bearing structures. The fact is that the basis or foundation you use will depend on their weight in the future.

The main premises that are located on the ground floor of any building are:

1. Entrance room, which can be combined with an additional room, such as a pantry.
2. The kitchen, you may want it to have an additional exit to the summer veranda.
3. Central room or living room.
4. There may be more than one bedroom, depending on your personal needs.
5. Sanitary room, which can be combined or divided.

After you decide on the number and shape of your future rooms, you should correctly calculate their dimensions. All calculations must be made based on the area that you previously allocated for construction.

When drawing drawings, do not forget that, depending on the building materials the thickness of the walls will vary, which will play the role of partitions.

If you are planning to build multi-storey building, then you can prepare a plan for the upper premises only after the project of the first floor is finally ready, since it is it that is the main one.

Foundation for the future building

In order to decide which foundation you will use, you need not only to make a lot of calculations, but also to study the soil available on your site, as well as the depth of groundwater flow. After you have studied all the characteristics of your site, you will need to choose which foundation you will use. Then make all the calculations that are necessary.

The base of the house should be slightly wider than your building, so try to take this into account when calculating the area of the house.

Once you are done with the basic calculations, you should prepare a phased estimate of the materials used for construction, and these are:

• load-bearing structures and internal partitions;
• overlap, which is simply necessary when designing a multi-storey building;
• calculation of the roof and the materials used for it.

Next, you will need to prepare several sketches of the facade of the building from all sides. This is necessary not only for the special services to which you will carry the project, but also for you, since with their help you will be able to fully present the entire structure.

At the end of the main project, you will also need to prepare several additional plans, which include:

• wiring diagram of electrical systems,
• sewerage equipment and its connection to the main building,
• water supply system,
• installation of heating devices based on the area of your living space.

It is worth noting that here, in addition to drawings, you will need estimates for the materials used. Only after all the calculations are completed, you will need to agree on the project, after which you can confidently begin construction.

Video

What should be considered when creating a project at home, you can find out in the following video:

Welcome to Design Learning Center country houses. Let's get acquainted. My name is Vitaly Zlobin, I am a practicing architect and head of a design company. I have two diplomas of higher architectural education and postgraduate studies at the Moscow Architectural Institute, plus 10 years of experience as a practicing architect. I started out as a humble assistant architect and now lead the design team. Together we create projects of country houses, according to which builders build houses without delay and questions.

I have always been interested in optimization and automation of project activities. This allowed us to short term enter the production of 4-5 individual complete projects of capital houses with an area of 200-500 sq.m. per month, while the average architectural bureau does no more than one or two.

I put my experience into this site and various training programs. Dozens of students have already used them, having gained invaluable experience in creating projects for country houses. The algorithm for creating a country house project, tested by professionals, became available to students. Our site continues to be filled with interesting and useful information.

This is protection against piracy and taking into account the individual requirements of the student, who concludes an official contract before taking the course and receives a personalized certificate upon completion.

5 stages The course will teach you how to make projects of country houses for construction. You will know common mistakes. You will understand which algorithms are important in your work and study them. You will master the tools for creating a country house project already at the first stages of training. Each stage includes recorded lessons, handouts, group sessions and individual work with a teacher.

Attention!!! We teach the design of freestanding residential buildings with the number of floors no more than three, designed for one family.

The course is designed for

1. Customers about to build their house.

Who knows better what your dream home should be like? Of course, only you! So why can't you make a project? Control the costs of construction, foreman and workers?

If you don't know how to make a house plan and save up to 500,000 rubles on design and construction, then right now you can go through the path of creating YOUR project from A to Z and see all the pitfalls with an experienced architect. This will allow you to save up to 30% of the construction cost.

2. interior designers.

Expand your professional competence and create country house projects yourself. Do you often have to work on a ready-made architectural project? And this is the framework for any design idea. After all, the architecture of the house (shape, style, materials) already dictates the concept of interior design.

If you have an architectural education, but you are engaged in interior design, you cannot make a full-fledged project of a country house without practice. The course gives a 100% practical approach. Are your customers often interested in a house project? I think yes. So answer them positively and start earning more on your services.

3. Builders.

Your knowledge and skills will be a good help for gaining new knowledge and developing the skills of a practical designer. How often have you had such that the customer asked about the possibility of developing a project, and you answered him with a refusal? Have you often had to build and carry out finishing without a project? If you could make projects yourself, it would solve a lot of problems. Build according to your projects and offer a full range of services to your customers.

In order to make sure whether you need this course or not, answer the following questions:

1. Do you want to create your own country house project, made according to all the rules and standards?

2. Have you looked through a bunch of magazines and websites in search of beautiful houses, but, in the end, came to the conclusion that they also need to be designed correctly?

3. Have clients approached you for the design of country houses?

4. Did you refuse them because of doubts about your abilities?

5. Do you make projects by hand (draw on the cells in a notebook), but would you like to own computer programs?

6. Do you know how to build a house, but do not know how to make a project according to all standards?

7. Do you lack the knowledge and skills to reach a higher level of designing country houses?

The course consists of the following steps

Stage 1

Learning the program for creating layouts >>>

A powerful package for BIM-design, which combines the ability to create drawings with any degree of detail and create a 3D model. And all this without leaving one program! A user-friendly interface and a well-functioning design system will be understandable even to people who are farthest from creating projects for country houses (the current version is in the lessons of ArchiCAD 16 or 17).

In the ArchiCAD program you will learn drawing (creating layouts). You can easily arrange drawings in any format.

The result is the skills and abilities of fast and high-quality drawing:

After studying the 1st stage, you are guaranteed to be able to work in the field of design, carry out drawings of country houses. However, in order to learn how to create country house projects, you yourself need to go through the following stages of the course.

Stage 2

Learning 3D modeling and visualization tools (creating photorealistic images) >>>

After you learn how to create layouts for country houses, you need to explore the possibility of 3D modeling and a visualization package. Photorealistic images are the cover of your project, this is what customers look at first.

We continue to study ArchiCAD, but for 3D modeling:

Then Artlantis:

There is also a special opportunity to study:

Inferior in terms of capabilities to the ArchiCAD program (not a BIM design program), but it wins in the simplicity and speed of creating a project. The program is more suitable for draft design. In it, you can quickly and efficiently create a 3D model of a country house and schematic drawings. And most importantly, this is a built-in Vray plugin for photorealistic rendering.

Result:

After passing the 2nd stage, your arsenal will be significantly enriched. Now you can not only make drawings, but also create photorealistic images of projects.

Stage 3

Fundamentals of architectural design of cottages (creation of an album with sketch drawings) >>>

In order for the customer to understand what his future home will be like, an album with a Draft Design is needed. In this project you advertise yourself: its individual design, content and availability of your contact details - all this is the best business card of you and your business. This album displays all the information on a country house in the form of schematic images of the site plan, plans of all floors, sections, facades, as well as the selection of finishing materials. The stage is divided into large parts:

Part 1. Fundamentals of drawing in architectural design.

Part 2. The premises of the house and the algorithm for creating convenient layouts.

Part 3 Volumetric-spatial and constructive modeling of the house.

Part 4 Rules for designing an album with a draft design of a country house.

Part 5 Scheme of the planning organization of the land plot (master plan scheme).

Result:

After passing 3rd stage, when you design your first country house as part of the stage, you will understand the whole logic of creating a project and are guaranteed to be able to carry out Draft designs of country houses.

After you know the composition of the project and the basics of design, you can go to a higher level and build luxury homes:

However, it will be difficult to build according to your drawings, because. working drawings of a country house are needed. You will learn how to perform them in the following steps.

Stage 4

Specialization in design by choice and calculations >>>:

1. Wooden frame houses;
2. Stone houses (houses made of foam blocks and bricks).

The market is arranged in such a way that it is more profitable for beginners to start working in one narrow design niche and achieve results in it. So there are more chances to gain a foothold and find your target audience. Study the design features in one or more of the most popular niches in Russia and the CIS countries and you are guaranteed to become a specialist in your chosen niche.

Specialization gives in-depth understanding of a particular construction technology. The project must take into account all the design features of the technology. The type of foundations, wall thickness, span width, etc. depend on this. The material also affects the value of the house and planning decisions. You have the opportunity to study two specializations.

The stage is under constant development. I record videos on new construction technologies, materials and calculations, and also conduct private webinars.

Structure of the section with calculations of the 4th stage for 2017

This also includes structural calculations country houses. If you know how to implement them, then your design solutions will be valued dozens of times more.

See an example of calculating wooden floor beams and roof rafters.

Stage 5

Project for the construction of a country house (creation of an Album with working drawings) >>> .

So, you own design programs, you know how to create a draft design of a country house using various building technologies. Now it's time to learn how to create a working draft of a country house. These are the drawings that builders receive, and according to which they build a country house.

Result (approximate amount of documentation):

Only those who show good results in basic training will be able to pass the practice. Details can be found by asking the author.

Is it expensive or not?

For customers who want to design their own house on their own: compare the cost of training with the cost of designing a country house in companies - this is about 800-1200 rub/sq.m. In addition, do not forget that during the training you will gain invaluable experience and architectural and construction knowledge, which will allow you to control the entire construction process and not overpay.

For designers who want to learn how to design country houses: the price of education in an architectural and civil engineering university is about 200-300 thousand rubles per year, multiply by 5-6 years of study and compare with the cost of our courses.

Obviously, the sooner you start taking the course, the it will be better for you, because the prices for expert knowledge in the field of suburban construction are rising every year.

Grigory Vladimirovich, Khabarovsk
Good day!))) It’s morning here (in Khabarovsk), it’s still night in Moscow, so my greeting sounds exactly like that. For 15 years I have been engaged in construction, which has not been built during this time, especially since technologies are constantly being improved, and therefore I have to constantly finish my studies. In the spring of 1912, several people approached me with a request to build frame houses for them. I accepted the proposals, but there was a snag, namely with projects. One of them was discharged from Moscow, it turned out to be a pig in a poke, although it was called a working project, in fact it was impossible to work with it, the nodes were not traced, there were no wall areas, roofs, ceilings, there was no specification of materials. If not for my experience, the workers would not have built this house without me. The next customer brought me three pictures from the Internet, according to which we tried to order a project, the terms (1.5 months) that we were offered did not suit us, since the house had to be completed before the cold weather. In general, the house was built according to the pictures. I will tell you this is not an easy task, the workers do not understand what they want from them, they ask for drawings, but what to do if they are not. I myself had to jump along the ceilings, then jump along the rafters, personal experience to share.))) With each such jump, the desire to make projects increased exponentially. I decided that in the winter, after the end of the season, I will definitely do this. Winter has come, met New Year and I began to look for where I can learn design frame houses. Ask why wireframe? I will answer, because it is more difficult to build these houses, there are many little things that you can not take into account or simply not know, and then this will affect the performance of the whole house.

I found an organization in Moscow that offers a software package for the design of frame houses and is trained to work in this program. Phoned, agreed and already purchased plane tickets and then accidentally stumbled upon the courses of Vitaly Zlobin. I watched a free webinar, got acquainted with the program of the first training, everything turned out to be very necessary and decided to pay for the training. As usual, quite a few advisers appeared that they would be deceived or they simply wouldn’t work out the money in full, but I decided to take a chance, even if I lose money, then 10 thousand) the amount is not great. I called Vitaly, talked, the first impression was positive, we discussed with him the issue that the time of the classes was not very convenient for me, since the time difference was 7 hours, after all the questions were resolved, I paid for the classes. After some time, the training began and I received the first part in the recording, all the material turned out to be useful and interesting, the following parts also did not disappoint. It was time to go to school, I went to study design for a week, a very tight schedule did not allow me to study Vitaly's training at the same time. Returning home, I began to strenuously pull up my tails, the last lesson was supposed to be individual and the time for it had already been agreed, I didn’t want to feel like a loser who had no time to learn lessons.))) Three nights was enough to master Google SketchUp, I drew the first house , experienced a great sense of pride (he himself was familiar), there were only a few questions about using the program. I wrote questions in a letter, sent it and received answers on the same day.

Then another client called me, he wanted to build a foundation for the future house, I used to take and build, but this time I decided to apply the acquired knowledge. He asked questions, it turned out that the foundation of the size proposed by the customer would not fit the proposed layout of the house. Before his eyes, he sketched the layout of the house, he liked it, in the evening he drew the foundation in an hour, set the dimensions and sent it to the Customer. The next day we signed an agreement, in 2 months we will start (at sub-zero temperatures we try not to pour foundations). Half a year ago, I drew fundamentals for a ruler, since they taught me at the university, it didn’t look very modern. Now it is a completely different matter, the influence of scientific and technological progress, new opportunities, is on the face. Without a ruler, I will draw an architectural project of a house in 3 hours, and this is additional money and it is more convenient for the client to work with you, you will draw a picture for him and you will build a house for him.

Let's go back to the tutorial and its creator. What surprised me the most was that Vitaliy himself calls, he himself is interested in how I learned the course of study. All my questions were discussed online, he spent more than enough time. He worked out the money for one hundred%, there is a desire to continue studying in his studio. Sorry for such a long review, but if I already sat down to write, then everything should be described in detail, otherwise it was not worth starting.)))

Alexey, Krasnodar
The last session is over. It was not I who studied, but two of my employees in the company, so I will retell their opinion here.

I must say right away that all expectations were met. The training materials are presented in a very accessible language and can be put into operation almost immediately. There was a slight difficulty with learning via the Internet, but this is apparently because they are used to studying the old fashioned way at a desk. It's still new technology. My co-workers made each according to the project of a country house under the direction of Vitaly, one of them was a real project, so we immediately killed two birds with one stone, which in my opinion is very practical.

Now about the courses themselves. I liked that Vitaly can change the time of classes and goes to a meeting with answers to all questions. We never had to slow down the training, everything went smoothly and with a bang. It is very good that this course also tells about the design of the project, which is important, because clients always like good design. And speaking of clients, the customer really liked the house that we made as part of Vitaly's course, now we are finalizing it and I would like to start building it this year. It is already getting warmer in our region, and we already have a project.

Ushakova Vera, Zhukovsky
All the information on the course was very useful and interesting for me. every time, with every lesson, I learned a lot of new things. The whole course is built very competently, structured, accessible and interesting, thank you very much, Vitaly.

Purpose of learning (task): to study Archicad and Artlantis Studio (in the context of low-rise housing construction using SIP technology).

Starting Skills: I have not studied any of the programs (including in theory).

Result:

1. She has mastered both programs at the user level (which allows them to be actively applied in practice in the design and visualization of low-rise buildings using vulture technology).
2. Duration of training: from March 2013 to April 2013 inclusive, with a frequency of classes 2 times a week for 2 hours.

Additional opportunities subject to training with a teacher:

1. The teacher is a PRACTITIONER!!!
2. The curriculum was formed specifically for my tasks (i.e. nothing more).
3. More precise processing of the material.
4. Analysis of practical homework ( important point for me, because it was during the work with homework that, as a rule, difficulties and additional questions arose).
5. The ability to coordinate the time and date of classes with the teacher (which allows you not to get out of your personal schedule).
6. Possibility of consultations on-line (remotely), including after training.

Orientation program of my training course Archicad:

1. The purpose and capabilities of Archicad.
2. Principles of working on drawings.
3. Technique for creating floors, walls, windows, doors
4. Working environment and its settings.
5. Lines and their uses
6. Library use.
7. Creation of floors.
8. Creation of stairs.
9. Creation of pitched roofs.
10. Creation of other roofs.
11. Working with dimensions, their input and modification.
12. Preparing for printing.

The indicative program of my Artlantis Studio training course:

1. Artlantis Studio interface. Cameras.
2. materials
3. Objects
4. Visualization
5. Preparing for printing

Sincerely, Ushakova V.

I would like to say a few words about the first stage of my training in designing country houses in the ArchiCAD program under the guidance of architect Vitaly Zlobin and what prompted me to take this training.

The fact is that this topic (designing a country house) is very close and interesting to me at the present time, since my husband and I were just about to realize a long-standing idea of "the house of my dreams" and therefore I considered it very useful to undergo such training independently, so that later, accompanying the construction as a customer, it is better to understand the details and prevent irreparable mistakes.

Due to the fact that the training program for designing country houses is very well-written and, at the same time, very accessible for understanding, the range of possibilities and tools of the program is really very wide, and the teacher’s patience is limitless (J), learning, in my opinion, is as effective and interesting as possible. . It is also very important to note that the lessons or their corresponding parts can be reviewed several times in order to perform some operation that is not immediately successful or may be forgotten over time.

As a result of this training, I managed to remember what seemed to be long and firmly forgotten: after all, my first education was received in the specialty "Industrial and Civil Engineering" (in my case, this is an example of a persistent and unsuccessful parental choice). More than 25 years ago, when, after studying, I worked as an engineer in a design team, it was impossible to even dream of such a program as ArchiCAD! And I hated the devil! And, having changed my job with joy a long time ago, I didn’t even think that I would ever have to return to this, especially since the knowledge and skills acquired then, as unnecessary, were long forgotten. And now, taking into account the realities, new life circumstances and the accumulated experience and knowledge in other areas of activity, I have a completely different look at creating with my own hands (and brains) the project of my own future home. Especially when such a program can be used as a tool! This training, in my opinion, opens up wide opportunities for development and creativity, and the ArchiCAD program is a fairy tale (for those who understand)!
Thank you very much, Vitaly!

Andrey Kuznechenkov, Moscow

Thank you so much!!! Vitaly!
P.S. I even thought about changing my profession 😉

Konstantin Surkov, Irkutsk

From a young age I thought about own house in which it will be cozy, warm and everything as I need. Looking through many typical projects on the Internet, I found what I like about different houses: one has an appearance, another has a layout, and a third has furniture arrangement. But I did not find such that everything was as it should be. I started to be interested in architecture and design in order to create "my" house, in which everything would be to my liking. Many subtleties, many questions arose in the process of self-study, and one day, I accidentally saw training courses for all this on the site 7floor.ru
The cost at first seemed high, but this is only from the beginning. and besides, it pays off, because the purchase finished project houses cost 2 times more, and an individual project is generally 5 times more.

My training lasted about 3 months, during which Vitaly contacted me 1-2 times a week, told me, answered questions, consulted, checked the assignment, helped solve my difficulties and introduced me to the world of design from stage to stage.

After completing the course, I received sufficient knowledge about the technologies of construction, design and design of country houses. I created a house project that I like and I can also change it and change everything I want. I studied the program of Archikad and Atlantis quite deeply. And has already done several projects for friends and relatives.

The course is very useful and probably the only one of its kind so far (lessons on YouTube will not give such a result). Of course, it was not quite easy to study, I had to devote 2-3 hours every day, but the result was obvious.

If you have the desire and financial ability to study design, then I would recommend Vitaly Zlobin as a teacher and a professional in this matter, and just a person with whom it was pleasant to communicate throughout the entire training!

Konstantin Surkov, economist. Irkutsk 2014

Yuri Nazarov, St. Petersburg

Starting training, I wanted to achieve certain goals - to enter the environment of designing country houses without having an architectural education, but only a little construction experience and understanding of the work of some structures. The program was chosen by "Expert", because it is the most complete, and if you really study something, then do not stop halfway.

Going through each of the stages and looking back, I could not understand how I could make such mistakes. course study building structures, and there a more calculated block required a lot of effort, including work with textbooks and articles. Time had to be found almost every day, and on the way to and from work, sometimes I used every opportunity to watch a video, make calculations and look through examples of work.

During the training, you can’t immediately determine the level at which you are now and, I could understand this only when, already at the 5th stage, I got a job in a company engaged in the design of country houses. After working in it and talking with a large number of designers and architects, I realized how high level knowledge gives training from Vitaly. I never felt undereducated or lagging behind among people who had education and work experience behind them, moreover, usually a person could only navigate in the environment in which he has been working for the past few years - either calculations, or the AR section, or geology and foundations. And communicating with each of them, I understood everything they were talking about, and could freely navigate in their areas. This should give an understanding of how powerful learning is, and it really is.

And I will say this separately - Vitaliy gives a very high level of design, so far I have
I have never met a high level in work, and the projects that you learn to do are more than competitive in the design market.

I also wanted to say separately that the design school is just an amazing opportunity to gain knowledge that is almost impossible to find anywhere else, and even in such a convenient format. And this is a great project that will help make our business and construction and design more professional. I wish him only development and prosperity, because this is what our country really needs now, such an affordable opportunity to become a professional.
