Today, a solemn launch of a new technological line for the production of reinforced concrete products took place at the KPD-3 plant of MAPID OJSC.
The equipment was made and installed by the Italian company PlanItalia. According to a correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency, at the opening of a new line in Minsk, the company's president, Diego Luceroni, noted that strengths equipment is high level automation and flexibility of production, that is, the ability to easily rebuild it for different products. It was precisely the flexibility that was lacking in domestic large-panel housing construction. The complexity of restructuring the production of KPD plants for new products also limited the architectural and planning solutions of buildings.
The Italian line will allow launching a new series of large-panel housing construction.
– We are developing a pilot project for a new house, the structures for which will be produced on the line, - said the acting CEO JSC "MAPID" Vyacheslav Turov. – This is a 16-storey large-panel building with improved characteristics compared to standard housing: planning decisions, architectural appearance, thermal parameters. In the production of products, the consumption of reinforced concrete per cubic meter will be significantly lower than now. It is also important that in this project we will get a better ratio of the area of apartments and the total area of the section, that is, there will be a greater number of square meters for sale, which is very important for commercial customers. Today, many of them, including representatives of Russia, were at the opening. I know they are interested.
The project will be ready in December. It is tentatively planned to build the first house of the new series in Sukharevo on the site of a former village.
As experts explained, on the basis of the new series it will be possible to build not only high-rise buildings, but also low- and mid-rise buildings, which are planned to be built in satellite cities. All the main elements of residential buildings: internal and external walls, entrance groups, individual completions of houses will be produced on a new line. It is preliminary calculated that energy savings on it will be up to 10%. Labor costs will be reduced by 19%.
- Modernization of production is important for all of us, thanks to it, enterprises will be able to produce competitive innovative products, - said Dmitry Semenkevich, Deputy Minister of Architecture and Construction, at the opening. - This technology is based on low cost, high quality products and, I also want to note, - Better conditions for those who work. Look at the workshop - cleanliness, new equipment, automation, this is practically a new age of industrialization.
And Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Viktor Laptev summed up that the modernization will solve the problem of building an economical and at the same time attractive for the consumer and architecturally expressive housing.

Introduction
In this paper, the object of study is the large-panel housing construction plant No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as KPD-1), which was founded in 1955 and is part of an open joint-stock company"MAPID", created by the order of the Minsk City Committee for State Property Management and Privatization of the Republic of Belarus dated December 29, 2000 No. 259, as a separate division.
The KPD-1 plant has its own current account, independently maintains a balance sheet, calculates taxes and other payments, and transfers them to the budget. Carries out all types of economic activities provided for by the Charter of the Company, the Regulations on industrial relations between the subdivisions of MAPID OJSC and the current legislation.
The form of ownership is private, with a state share of 93%.
Location of the Subdivision: 220036 Minsk, st. R. Luxembourg, 205.
The KPD-1 plant in its activities is guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the Charter of the Company, the Regulations on the KPD-1 plant, decisions of the governing bodies of the Company, as well as the documentation of the quality management system (QMS) of JSC MAPID, developed on the basis of the international standard ISO 9001: 2000.
The KPD-1 plant is the largest enterprise of the MAPID JSC industrial group.
The main activity of the plant: the manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products and structures, metal structures necessary for the construction of residential buildings of the M464-9, M464-U-1 series; production of concrete elements of improvement by dry pressing; preparation of commodity concretes and solutions.
The main technologies for large-panel production of reinforced concrete are conveyor, cassette, bench methods.
The production structure of the plant has a workshop character and includes: main workshops and auxiliary workshops.
The KPD-1 plant is the flagship of the MAPID open joint stock company. Over a half-century period, 12.6 million square meters of housing have been built from the plant's products.
The production capacity for the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete is 160 thousand m3 or 280 thousand m2 of housing per year.
The products manufactured by the plant are used for three series of residential buildings M 464, M 464U-1, M 464M (frame) and allow building houses with more spacious and comfortable apartments. It also made it possible to change the architectural appearance of buildings.
Along with KPD products, the plant has mastered the production of small-piece products of curb stone, paving slabs of various configurations and colors, and decorative fencing elements.
The plant is constantly improving the technical level of production, introducing new equipment and modern materials.
The plant had to work in difficult conditions in 2006. Untimely payments by consumers for shipped products led to a decrease in own working capital. In the current conditions, the plant was forced to open a credit line in the bank for the purchase of inventory items.
With a profitability level of products sold 12%, received balance sheet profit - 4850 million rubles.
With extensive experience and high responsibility for the assigned work, the plant team is headed by the honored builder of the Republic of Belarus.
The situation of the plant is worsened by the decrease in the amount allocated for construction construction sites which does not allow the team to work at full capacity.
As a result of the work of the KPD-1 team in 2006, 158.7 thousand m3 of prefabricated reinforced concrete was produced. The volume of output (works, services) in current prices amounted to 43,167 million rubles, in comparable prices - 41,837 million rubles.
When writing the report, data on the base organization for 2011 were used; when studying indicators in dynamics, data for the corresponding period of 2010 were used.
1.1. History of the establishment of the enterprise
The history of the creation of MAPID OJSC began with a small precast concrete plant No. 8, on the basis of which, in January 1961, a house-building plant No. 1 was organized.
In 1966, on the basis of one of the construction departments of the plant, a quarterly development trust (TKZ) was created. His team carried out the entire range of zero-cycle works, landscaping and landscaping of residential areas.
In the late 60s, he began to supply his products to the construction sites of the city and DSK-2. Since 1970, he began the construction of 9- and 12-storey residential buildings of the M 335 series.
To increase the volume of housing construction, in 1975 the KPD-3 plant was put into operation, with a design capacity of 160 thousand m 3 of prefabricated reinforced concrete, or 200 thousand m 2 of the total housing area per year.
The next step towards increasing the efficiency of construction production was the creation in January 1976 of the Minsk Production Association of Industrial Housing Construction (MPOID) on the basis of house-building plants No. 1, No. 2, a block building trust and a KPD-3 plant. The industrial base of the association consisted of three KPD plants with a total production capacity of 710 thousand m 2 of housing per year. From 1976 to 1991 - the heyday of large-panel housing construction in Minsk, it occupies a leading direction in the housing construction of the city. Its share in the total volume of housing being built exceeds 80%. In 1984, in the quarter of st. Tankovaya - Melnikayte built 10 million square meters of housing in large-panel houses.
On December 29, 2000, by order of the Minsk City Committee for State Property Management and Privatization No. 259 dated, the MAPID open joint-stock company was formed.
The M464 and M11l-90 series houses currently under construction are the cheapest housing for the population of Minsk. OJSC "MAPID" can provide construction of such housing in the amount of 500 thousand m 2 .
The housing currently being built by MAPID JSC meets European standards for energy consumption per 1 m 2 of area (specific heat energy consumption for heating and ventilation at the level of 86 kWh/m 2 per year) due to the use of highly efficient heat-insulating materials, window blocks with double double-glazed windows, installation of metering devices and regulation of heat consumption.
In addition, large-panel housing currently under construction is the cheapest, which is not least ensured by the high rates of construction and installation works (on average 6-10 months with a full range of filling and finishing works), this saves money customers from inflation and, ultimately, reduce the cost of construction.
The object of study in this work is one of the subdivisions of the industrial group of JSC "MAPID" - the plant of large-panel housing construction No. 1 (KPD-1 plant).
The KPD-1 plant was founded in 1955 and is part of the MAPID open joint-stock company, established by order of the Minsk City Committee for State Property Management and Privatization of the Republic of Belarus dated December 29, 2000 No. 259, as a separate division.

The molding shops of the plant are located in the 7-bay building and at the landfill.
The main technologies for large-panel production of reinforced concrete are conveyor, cassette, bench.
The main activity of the enterprise: the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete products for the construction of residential buildings of the M464-U-1 series, prefabricated reinforced concrete products of engineering networks, landscaping elements, ready-mixed concrete and mortar, metal products.
The molding shops of the plant are located in the 7-bay building and at the landfill.
The plant operates in two shifts.
The production of reinforced concrete structures includes the following technological processes:
Armature preparation
- Shuttering works
- Reinforcement
- Concreting
- Care of hardening concrete
Manufacture of precast concrete structures
The essence of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures, versus monolithic ones, is that the structures are manufactured at reinforced concrete factories, and then delivered to the construction site and mounted in the design position. The main advantage of the precast concrete technology is that the key technological processes take place in the plant. This makes it possible to achieve high rates in terms of production time and quality of structures. In addition, the manufacture of prestressed reinforced concrete structures is possible, as a rule, only in the factory.
The disadvantage of the factory manufacturing method is the inability to produce a wide range of designs. This is especially true for the variety of forms of manufactured structures, which are limited to standard formwork. In fact, only structures that require mass application are manufactured at reinforced concrete factories. In light of this circumstance, the widespread introduction of precast concrete technology leads to the emergence of a large number of buildings of the same type, which, in turn, leads to the degradation of the architecture of the region. Such a phenomenon was observed in the USSR during the period of mass construction.
Much attention at the concrete goods plant is paid to the technological scheme of manufacturing. Several technological schemes are used:
In prestressed structures, two methods of prestressing are used: tension on stops and tension on concrete, as well as two main methods of reinforcement tension: electrothermal and electrothermomechanical.
Production of monolithic reinforced concrete structures
In the manufacture of monolithic reinforced concrete structures, it should be taken into account that the physical and mechanical characteristics of reinforcement are relatively stable, but the same characteristics of concrete change over time. It is always necessary to find a compromise between the reserves in the design and design (the choice of shapes and sections - the choice between reliability, "life", but the severity of massive structures and between elegance, delicacy, lightness, but "deadness" of structures with a large surface modulus), cost and quality raw materials, the cost of manufacturing monolithic reinforced concrete structures, strengthening operational control by engineering and technical workers at all stages, assigning measures to care for concrete, protecting it over time (creating conditions for increasing its characteristics over time, which may be needed by the time the operation begins to resist progressive destruction), control of the dynamics of a set of basic strength and deformation characteristics of concrete. That is, a lot depends on from whose position structures and technology are designed, work is performed and controlled, and what is put at the forefront: reliability and durability, economy, manufacturability, operational safety, the possibility of further use through reinforcements and reconstructions, so called a rational (eng. sustainable) approach, that is, designing from the opposite (first we think about how the next generations will take it all apart and reuse it)
Composition and specialization of the main molding lines:
Aggregate production line for the manufacture of external wall panels (bay windows), ventilation units (VB), elevator shafts (SHL);
Conveyor line for the production of floor panels (P) with one tunnel heat treatment chamber.

News of Belarus. Investments in construction. An innovative project for the production of reinforced concrete products has been implemented in Belarus. The technology is aimed at improving the quality of products, their range, while reducing energy costs. About new opportunities in the construction industry - in the plot of the 24 Hours News program on STV.
Innovative technologies at work. This robot of Italian origin marks itself and assembles the design of the future product. Previously, the MAPID construction company had to order a separate form for each new type of product. Now the path from creating a drawing to manufacturing a structure has been reduced to a minimum.
Alexey Dulub, chief technologist of the KPD-3 plant of OJSC MAPID:
A full cycle of heat and moisture treatment is 11-12 hours. The flexible system of this line will allow us to obtain products of almost any nomenclature.
The line will allow the enterprise not only to increase the assortment, but also to improve the quality. At the same time, modernization also opens up new opportunities. First, increase production capacity and secondly, to expand the range of services.
Leonid Zinovich, director of the KPD-3 plant of OJSC MAPID:
Today we are mastering the production of ceilings for 19-storey buildings. In the future, we plan to produce products for low-rise buildings on this line. In particular for satellite cities. Sokol, Rudensk are planning to produce European-style houses.
Modern equipment reduces energy costs and allows you to reach a new level. In perspective square meter will become cheaper and construction time will change.
Vyacheslav Turov, Acting General Director of OJSC MAPID:
We will increase the level of industrialization - this will allow us to reduce the volume of general construction works that we perform at the construction site. This is a high-quality surface, which subsequently will not need to be finished. For this, new mounting units are being developed that are more technologically advanced, more geometrically accurate and verified. All this will, of course, give some kind of plus.
This technologically flexible line allows not only to create products of high quality and the desired shape in a short time, but also to put them on stream immediately, which contributes to the export potential and competitiveness.
News of Belarus. 2 million tons of potash fertilizers per year. All this is a new mining and processing plant in the Lyubansky district on the basis of the Starobinsky deposit, the 24 Hours News program on STV reported.
This will be the second enterprise in Belarus for the extraction of potash ore and the production of fertilizers. The company is already searching for and training specialists.
The topic will be continued by Julia Strigo.
In 2018, a German contractor engaged in the selection of personnel for Slavkali. Construction company began looking for specialists to work with unique mining equipment.
As a result, about 300 Belarusians, 80 of them from Lyuban, completed an internship and successfully found a job at the project. Now, in the buildings of lifting machines, fragile Belarusian girls manage the working process at a depth.
It is planned to put the Nezhinsky GOK into operation by 2023. Slavkali will need about 50 young specialists in the mining and technology profile - these are engineers, chemical technologists, mine surveyors and others.
By 2025, there will be hundreds of vacancies in this area. The launch of a career-oriented campaign has already been announced. The bet is primarily made on specialists from neighboring cities.
Training of specialists for the enterprise "Slavkaliy" starts from the school bench. In cooperation with the leading universities of the country, the company holds the Olympiad in Physics and Mathematics among Lyuban graduates.
All participants, without exception, who decide to continue their studies at the university in the mining and technology profile, will be provided with assistance during their studies: scholarships, annual internships at the Nezhinsky GOK, free accommodation in a hostel.
The company introduces students to schools and gymnasiums through meetings and presentations. Current students who are interested in employment can also count on the support of Slavkali.
Lada Mikhailenko, student of secondary school No. 1 in the village of Sosny:
Even before the meeting with representatives of BNTU, I thought that I would go there, because I like all this mining industry. After this meeting, the likelihood increased that I would go there.
Vladimir Stasevich, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Mining and Environmental Engineering, BNTU:
Now the BNTU is aiming at just this: that training be targeted, and not general. And if specialists are trained, then they are prepared for specific enterprises with the opportunity to send them to practice at these enterprises already in the second year, so that they get acquainted with technologies and equipment, and most importantly–with the team.
The Nizhyn Mining and Processing Plant keeps the housing issue of its employees under control. Today, the construction of a quarter for 458 apartments continues in Lyuban. 35% of employees will receive housing here already at the initial stage.
Igor Kozhych, Deputy Director for Production of IOOO Slavkaliy:
The enterprise will create conditions for work, for obtaining a decent wages. We will solve social issues, housing issues. This also attracts young people to work at our enterprise.
A modern high-tech complex with comfortable workplaces and a decent level of remuneration. The task of Slavkali is to build one of the most prestigious enterprises in the labor market of Belarus. And local youth should be given the opportunity to stay in their hometown with a guaranteed job.
