As part of the implementation of the projects of the federal target program "Improving Road Safety in 2013-2020", the Department of Primary Education of the IPK held a seminar on March 28-29 "Developing a series of conversations for parents on the safe behavior of children on the roads of the region." In 2016, the Concept for the Development of School Information and Library Centers was approved by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. This is a revolutionary project, the implementation of which will allow the library to reach a fundamentally new level, to become not only an educational, but also an educational, information and methodological, cultural and educational, leisure, career guidance and providing place.

Within the framework of the Federal Target Program for the Development of Education for 2016–2020, the Krasnoyarsk Regional Institute for Advanced Studies held a seminar on the topic “Planning the work of network methodological associations in the Krasnoyarsk Territory”.
The aim of the event was planning the activities of network methodological associations for the 2016-2017 academic year. The seminar was attended by more than 200 people, representatives of the pedagogical community from most territories of the region. The IV All-Russian Congress of Teachers of Law and Social Studies is held within the framework of the VI St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, which traditionally takes place at the sites of the Presidential Library.
