Where do the projects of houses. Drawing up a plan for building a house - practical advice and order. Attic and roof design

Recently, many are wondering "how to make a project at home"? And this is understandable. Construction information residential buildings available as never before, building technologies are known, and Construction Materials you can buy in any amount even tomorrow. But when it comes to construction, it becomes clear that a house cannot be built without blueprints.

Things to consider before developing a project

Even the most experienced builder needs plans with dimensions, facades, sections, etc. The set of drawings is called a "project". You can make a project at home in the program yourself. To do this, you need to know 3 things:

  1. Program for creating a project.
  2. Understanding what kind of house to design.
  3. Basics architectural design.

These are 3 successful components of any project. Without knowledge of the program, it cannot be done. Without an idea of what the house will be like - the same. And without the basics of architectural design, you run the risk of making a project that you can’t build anything on.

Why does knowledge of a computer program come before understanding what a house will be like? Because often in the program an idea is born country house. Therefore, how convenient and understandable the program is, the better the result of working in it will be. This article will be devoted to the most popular computer programs for creating projects. country houses.

Programs for creating a project

Today, without much effort, you can find several options for programs in which you can make a project. Conventionally, I will divide them into 2 groups: online and offline. Online - where you can create a project directly in the browser. Offline - where you need to install the program on your PC.

Online programs

I will say right away that there are no full-fledged project programs in this format. There are sites where you can make a house layout, and even look at it in 3D. But everything related to volumetric modeling of the house is not yet available. I believe that such programs will appear soon. Moreover, there are already attempts to create such a thing. They are primitive, and allow you to create only monotonous "birdhouses". There is no modeling of the shape of the roof, windows, decorative elements of facades, etc.

If you only need the layout of your future home, then the following online programs will help:

Pioneers of online design. This startup appeared before the hyped Autodesk Homestyler and quickly gained popularity on the Internet. The program compares favorably with a convenient and beautiful interface. There is a demo version and a pro version. The pro version allows you to add a description, photo and video to the project, make multi-storey layouts and, in general, is intended more for realtors who create presentations of houses. Also, the program can be downloaded and installed on your PC for offline work on the project.

Autodesk Homestyler is the most famous program in the online design software series from Autodesk. It is not only a program for planning, but also an online store for finishing materials and furniture, as well as the ability to make a 3D visualization of the resulting interior. I like Homestyler more than floorplanner for its features. For example, in it you can enter dimensions from the keyboard and adjust the thickness of the walls of the future home.

Other programs such as room sketcher or Planner 5D do not offer anything new, but simply copy the leaders of this market.

Non-professional offline programs

The main difference from the online version is the installation of such programs on the computer's hard drive. Those. you don't need internet to design your house. This option is a little outdated, because you, for example, cannot design on mobile device(smartphone or tablet).

Floor Plan 3D- probably the most convenient software at the amateur level. After opening the program, you immediately find yourself in a simple and intuitive interface. By the way, at the moment, the graphics are a bit outdated. But this does not spoil the overall impression of this software. The work environment is fully interactive. There are 2D and 3D views. Suitable for unprepared users who design their house and site.

In the program, you can calculate the area of \u200b\u200bthe premises, design a staircase, apply textures and pick up furniture from a rather large library. There are good architectural opportunities in terms of designing broken roofs and protruding elements. Also in the package there are examples of projects of country houses and a good block with 3D visualization.

Home Plan Pro- higher engineering level program. The focus on engineering graphics will immediately catch your eye. Therefore, the program can create plans for country houses for construction at a qualitative level. This is facilitated by various metric systems, saving in several popular formats, as well as a wide library of elements for creating projects.

Envisioneer Express- a program designed more for creating interior design projects. However, it does not exclude the possibility of modeling architectural objects. Easy to learn does not require high system requirements of your PC. The authors of this software position it as the simplest BIM tool. In addition, the program has a good 3D visualization.

3D Home Architect- a popular program for a long time, once set the tone for amateur design of interiors and private residential buildings. In addition to everything that is in the previous programs, I will note the following points. Built-in recognition and warning system for design errors. A powerful CAD core that allows you to quickly draw plans with furniture and translate them into 3D. This adjustment is possible, both from 2D and 3D modes. Ability to work with free-form elements. Automated Creation country house roofs. Automated creation of plans and sections from a 3D model. I can't point out forte programs for creating a landscape around a country house.

This is probably one of the most successful amateur programs, bringing the result of everyone's work closer to the level of professional programs.

ArCon (Arkon)- almost a complete program for CAD-design. We are approaching the professional software block and end this block review with a strong design program. The software can be downloaded from the official website for free as an educational version. To date, more than 15 versions have been released. The history of the program includes long term improvements and improvements.

The powerful software package includes everything from creating layouts and 3D modeling to calculating bills of materials. Terrain, room and roof assistants will help you quickly cope with complex tasks. The possibility of designing multi-storey buildings significantly expands the range of designed objects.

Project details such as skylights, railings, balconies, beams, columns, windows and doors all have individual settings that can be customized. In addition, the program allows you to create videos based on the project, as well as work with formats from other project programs. In general, this is an affordable powerful program for creating draft designs of country houses with elements of a working draft.

sketchup This program stands apart. Recently, it has become so comfortable that it has won the love of numerous fans around the world. Easy download from the official site and installation, integration with numerous Google services, simple interface and millions of library elements available on the official site - all this attracted the attention of even professional designers. Well, the presence of numerous video lessons on the Internet contribute to almost instantaneous study of this program.

There is a version of SketchUP Pro for professional work over projects. Thus, the well-known VRay plug-in, developed by the Bulgarian Chaos Group specifically for SketchUP Pro, shocked the audience with its high quality. Now, even from a simple 3D model, it was possible to make a photorealistic picture with shadows and reflected light. And thanks to a wide library of elements, add a picturesque and realistic environment to it.

And what does the result look like after working with the VRay plugin.

Professional offline programs

Graphisoft ArchiCAD- this is “our everything” or the most suitable tool for creating a complete project for the construction of a country house from scratch. It has long been the market leader in BIM design, until Autodesk promoted Revit, which significantly supplanted ArchiCAD. BIM stands for Building Information Model. Simply put, this is a digital 3D model of the building, from which plans, sections and facades are automatically “removed”. This approach eliminates the need to create each drawing separately, and also speeds up the process of making adjustments to the project.

Unlike all previous programs, ArchiCAD is a design complex in which you can do absolutely all parts of the project. No need to use additional programs for visualization, calculation of estimates or project design. This is a powerful professional tool. Unlike, for example, Autocad, it is easy to learn and is accompanied by a large number of training lessons in the public domain. But for full-fledged work in this program, you need to take a special course, and to create a country house project, you need to be trained under the guidance of an experienced mentor. All this is in the main training course on our website. Step-by-step training in designing country houses. In the process of learning, each of the students receives examples of projects in this program and albums of technical solutions with the necessary nodes "for all occasions."

Every year, our design bureau releases more than 20 complete projects for the construction of country houses. All of them are done in the ArchiCAD program. Some of them are posted on this page.

Look at the possibilities of this program (click to enlarge).

Also see the work of our students in Graphisoft ArchiCAD at this link.

Autodesk Revit- the same program that supplanted ArchiCAD. Its main advantage is good integration with other Autodesk products, which have managed to conquer many aspects of design activities. To date, this is the most promising program for BIM design, which allows you to completely replace the cumbersome designer's tools. After all, in one information model, you can combine architecture, structures and all engineering networks.

Good engineering graphics, automation of most processes, customizable standardization of projects, automatic calculation of all indicators required by the project, etc. - such powerful features, most likely, an amateur will not need. But, if there is a desire to delve into the topic of design and become a professional in it, then studying Revit will be a good start for the future.

In addition, many Western design bureaus switched to this program a long time ago. Therefore, it contains the latest developments from the fields of energy saving and Western engineering standards. She is valued and respected in the professional community. Rumor has it that Russia will soon introduce a BIM standard for development and approval project documentation. If this happens, then, most likely, Autodesk Revit will be taken as the basis.

In the training center, the site is being developed by the course "Autodesk Revit for creating projects of country houses." Soon you will be able to not only study this powerful program, but also immediately make a country house project in it.

Many people dream of building their own Vacation home ik with good ecology and clean air, closer to nature. Where you can safely take a break from the city noise and relax, spending your time with family and friends. Surely, you see your future home not only beautiful, but also functional. But, if the house has a lot of details and corners, this does not mean that it will necessarily be comfortable. Therefore, before starting construction, it is necessary to draw a drawing of the house in order to avoid mistakes in the future that can delay construction for a long time.

Before you start making a drawing of a house, you need to decide on its layout. starts, first of all, with and , which affect the final placement of rooms. In addition, you should immediately decide on how many people will live in the house. To simplify the task, it is desirable from the very beginning to think over the number of rooms, their relative position and functional purpose.

Then you need to decide what rooms will be allocated for each person living in the house (for example, not only parents or children, but also nannies, security, etc.). Naturally, the house should have common rooms in which all family members will gather, for example, a dining room and a living room.

An example of a successful layout of a one-story house

Be sure to take into account the hobbies of each person and think in advance about suitable premises for this (library, workshop, and others).

When planning bedrooms, keep in mind that rooms that are too large can make people feel anxious - it is better to make them small but cozy. The children's room should be located not far from the parent's, as the baby, in which case, may need the help of an adult.

If you are designing a drawing of a large house, and your children are still small, you can equip a separate playroom or area for them. Each child loves something unusual and mysterious, so several rooms can be allocated for their games at once, in which they will create their own magical world with adventures.

Once you have decided on the layout of the house, try to mentally “live” in it for a while to understand if everything is so comfortable and good in it? Surely, you will want to redo something so that the end result is more perfect. All the ideas that have appeared should definitely be discussed with the family, because every person living in the house should experience the joy of being in it.

How to make ready-made drawings of houses

Before starting work, it is necessary, first of all, to decide on the purpose of the house.

  • What are you going to build: or ?
  • How many people will live in the future house?
  • What is the lifestyle of homeowners? If you dream of peace and tranquility, then the house can be located at the beginning of the site, blocking the recreation area from the prying eyes of neighbors. Or vice versa - move it deeper, thereby allowing passers-by to admire the beautiful landscape and.
  • In addition to all this, when developing a drawing of a house, one should take into account and, which can also change the original plan.

After that, when the approximate position of the house on the site and so on is already known, you can begin to draw up its drawing. The initial drawing can be done very quickly even with your own hands, without the use of computer programs.

Sketch preparation

You can prepare a draft design on your own, thanks to which you will have the basis for creating a more detailed drawing that has sketches and layouts, as well as for creative style and spatial solutions.

This stage includes the preparation of drawings of all floors of the house, the plan of the roof and building. In addition, an approximate front view of the facade is depicted here, as well as a longitudinal and transverse section of the building. They mark all the available design features and materials that will be used for construction.

Welcome to the Home Design Education Center. Let's get acquainted. My name is Vitaliy Zlobin, I am a practicing architect and head of a design company. I have two diplomas of higher architectural education and postgraduate studies at the Moscow Architectural Institute, plus 10 years of experience as a practicing architect. I started out as a humble assistant architect and now lead the design team. Together we create projects of country houses, according to which builders build houses without delay and questions.

I have always been interested in optimization and automation of project activities. This allowed us to short term enter the production of 4-5 individual complete projects of capital houses with an area of 200-500 sq.m. per month, while the average architectural bureau does no more than one or two.

I put my experience into this site and various training programs. Dozens of students have already used them, having gained invaluable experience in creating projects for country houses. The algorithm for creating a country house project, tested by professionals, became available to students. Our site continues to be filled with interesting and useful information.

Course presentation

Format: individual training.

Attention! The course is not suitable for collective purchase, because 30% of the information is given by the architect personally in individual work with the student. This is protection against piracy and taking into account the individual requirements of the student, who concludes an official contract before taking the course and receives a personalized certificate upon completion.

5 stages The course will teach you how to make projects of country houses for construction. You will know common mistakes. You will understand which algorithms are important in your work and study them. You will master the tools for creating a country house project already at the first stages of training. Each stage includes recorded lessons, handouts, group sessions and individual work with a teacher.

Attention!!! We teach the design of detached residential buildings with no more than three floors, designed for one family.

The course is designed for

1. Customers about to build their house.

Who knows better what your dream home should be like? Of course, only you! So why can't you make a project? Control the costs of construction, foreman and workers?

If you don't know how to make a house plan and save up to 500,000 rubles on design and construction, then right now you can go through the path of creating YOUR project from A to Z and see all the pitfalls with an experienced architect. This will allow you to save up to 30% of the construction cost.

2. interior designers.

Expand your professional competence and create country house projects yourself. Do you often have to work on a ready-made architectural project? And this is the framework for any design idea. After all, the architecture of the house (shape, style, materials) already dictates the concept of interior design.

If you have an architectural education, but you are engaged in interior design, you cannot make a full-fledged project of a country house without practice. The course gives a 100% practical approach. Are your customers often interested in a house project? I think yes. So answer them positively and start earning more on your services.

3. Builders.

Your knowledge and skills will be a good help for gaining new knowledge and developing the skills of a practical designer. How often have you had such that the customer asked about the possibility of developing a project, and you answered him with a refusal? Have you often had to build and carry out finishing without a project? If you could make projects yourself, it would solve a lot of problems. Build according to your projects and offer a full range of services to your customers.

In order to make sure whether you need this course or not, answer the following questions:

  1. Do you want to create your own country house project, made according to all the rules and standards?

  2. Have you looked through a bunch of magazines and websites in search of beautiful houses, but, in the end, came to the conclusion that they also need to be designed correctly?

  3. Have clients approached you for the design of country houses?

  4. Did you refuse them because of doubts about your abilities?

  5. Do you make projects by hand (draw on the cells in a notebook), but would you like to own computer programs?

  6. Do you know how to build a house, but do not know how to make a project according to all standards?

  7. Do you lack the knowledge and skills to reach a higher level of designing country houses?

The course consists of the following steps

Stage 1

Learning the program for creating layouts >>>

A powerful package for BIM-design, which combines the ability to create drawings with any degree of detail and create a 3D model. And all this without leaving one program! A user-friendly interface and a well-functioning design system will be understandable even to people who are farthest from creating projects for country houses (the current version is in the lessons of ArchiCAD 16 or 17).

In the ArchiCAD program you will learn drawing (creating layouts). You can easily compose drawings in any format.

The result is the skills and abilities of fast and high-quality drawing:

After studying the 1st stage, you are guaranteed to be able to work in the field of design, carry out drawings of country houses. However, in order to learn how to create country house projects, you yourself need to go through the following stages of the course.

Stage 2

Learning 3D modeling and visualization tools (creating photorealistic images) >>>

After you learn how to create layouts for country houses, you need to explore the possibility of 3D modeling and a visualization package. Photorealistic images are the cover of your project, this is what customers look at first.

We continue to study ArchiCAD, but for 3D modeling:

Then Artlantis:

There is also a special opportunity to study:

Inferior in terms of capabilities to the ArchiCAD program (not a BIM design program), but it wins in the simplicity and speed of creating a project. The program is more suitable for draft design. In it, you can quickly and efficiently create a 3D model of a country house and schematic drawings. And most importantly, this is a built-in Vray plugin for photorealistic rendering.

Result:

After passing the 2nd stage, your arsenal will be significantly enriched. Now you can not only make drawings, but also create photorealistic images of projects.

Stage 3

Fundamentals of architectural design of cottages (creation of an album with sketch drawings) >>>

In order for the customer to understand what his future home will be like, an album with a Draft Design is needed. In this project you advertise yourself: its individual design, content and availability of your contact details - all this is the best business card of you and your business. This album displays all the information on a country house in the form of schematic images of the site plan, plans of all floors, sections, facades, as well as the selection of finishing materials. The stage is divided into large parts:

Part 1. Fundamentals of drawing in architectural design.

Part 2. The premises of the house and the algorithm for creating convenient layouts.

Part 3 Volumetric-spatial and constructive modeling of the house.

Part 4 Rules for designing an album with a draft design of a country house.

Part 5 Scheme of the planning organization of the land plot (master plan scheme).

Result:

After passing 3rd stage, when you design your first country house as part of the stage, you will understand the whole logic of creating a project and are guaranteed to be able to carry out Draft designs of country houses.

After you know the composition of the project and the basics of design, you can go to a higher level and build luxury homes:

However, it will be difficult to build according to your drawings, because. working drawings of a country house are needed. You will learn how to perform them in the following steps.

Stage 4

Specialization in design by choice and calculations >>>:

  1. Wooden frame houses;
  2. Stone houses (houses made of foam blocks and bricks).

The market is arranged in such a way that it is more profitable for beginners to start working in one narrow design niche and achieve results in it. So there are more chances to gain a foothold and find your target audience. Study the design features in one or more of the most popular niches in Russia and the CIS countries and you are guaranteed to become a specialist in your chosen niche.

Specialization gives in-depth understanding of a particular construction technology. The project must take into account all the design features of the technology. The type of foundations, wall thickness, span width, etc. depend on this. The material also affects the value of the house and planning decisions. You have the opportunity to study two specializations.

The stage is under constant development. I record videos on new construction technologies, materials and calculations, and also hold private webinars.

Grigory Vladimirovich, Khabarovsk
Good day!))) It’s morning here (in Khabarovsk), it’s still night in Moscow, so my greeting sounds exactly like that. For 15 years I have been engaged in construction, which has not been built during this time, especially since technologies are constantly being improved, and therefore I have to constantly finish my studies. In the spring of 1912, several people approached me with a request to build frame houses for them. I accepted the proposals, but there was a snag, namely with projects. One of them was discharged from Moscow, it turned out to be a pig in a poke, although it was called a working project, in fact it was impossible to work with it, the nodes were not traced, there were no wall areas, roofs, ceilings, there was no specification of materials. If not for my experience, the workers would not have built this house without me. The next customer brought me three pictures from the Internet, according to which we tried to order a project, the terms (1.5 months) that we were offered did not suit us, since the house had to be completed before the cold weather. In general, the house was built according to the pictures. I will tell you this is not an easy task, the workers do not understand what they want from them, they ask for drawings, but what to do if they are not. I myself had to jump along the ceilings, then jump along the rafters, personal experience to share.))) With each such jump, the desire to make projects increased exponentially. I decided that in the winter, after the end of the season, I will definitely do this. Winter has come, met New Year and I began to look for where I can learn design frame houses. Ask why wireframe? I will answer, because it is more difficult to build these houses, there are many little things that you can not take into account or simply not know, and then this will affect the performance of the whole house.

I found an organization in Moscow that offers a software package for the design of frame houses and is trained to work in this program. Phoned, agreed and already purchased plane tickets and then accidentally stumbled upon the courses of Vitaly Zlobin. I watched a free webinar, got acquainted with the program of the first training, everything turned out to be very necessary and decided to pay for the training. As usual, quite a few advisers appeared that they would be deceived or they simply wouldn’t work out the money in full, but I decided to take a chance, even if I lose money, then 10 thousand) the amount is not great. I called Vitaly, talked, the first impression was positive, we discussed with him the issue that the time of the classes is not very convenient for me, since the time difference is 7 hours, after all the questions were resolved, I paid for the classes. After some time, the training began and I received the first part in the recording, all the material turned out to be useful and interesting, the following parts also did not disappoint. It was time to go to school, I went to study design for a week, a very tight schedule did not allow me to study Vitaly's training at the same time. Returning home, I began to strenuously pull up my tails, the last lesson was supposed to be individual and the time for it had already been agreed, I didn’t want to feel like a loser who had no time to learn lessons.))) Three nights was enough to master Google SketchUp, I drew the first house , experienced a great sense of pride (he himself was familiar), there were only a few questions about using the program. I wrote questions in a letter, sent it and received answers on the same day.

Then another client called me, he wanted to build a foundation for the future house, I used to take and build, but this time I decided to apply the acquired knowledge. He asked questions, it turned out that the foundation of the size proposed by the customer would not fit the proposed layout of the house. Before his eyes, he sketched the layout of the house, he liked it, in the evening he drew the foundation in an hour, set the dimensions and sent it to the Customer. The next day we signed an agreement, in 2 months we will start (at sub-zero temperatures we try not to pour foundations). Half a year ago, I drew fundamentals for a ruler, since they taught me at the university, it didn’t look very modern. Now it is a completely different matter, the influence of scientific and technological progress, new opportunities, is on the face. Without a ruler, I will draw an architectural project of a house in 3 hours, and this is additional money and it is more convenient for the client to work with you, you will draw a picture for him and you will build a house for him.

Let's go back to the tutorial and its creator. What surprised me the most was that Vitaliy himself calls, he himself is interested in how I learned the course of study. All my questions were discussed online, he spent more than enough time. He worked out the money for one hundred%, there is a desire to continue studying in his studio. Sorry for such a long review, but if I already sat down to write, then everything should be described in detail, otherwise it was not worth starting.)))

Alexey, Krasnodar
The last session is over. It was not I who studied, but two of my employees in the company, so I will retell their opinion here.

I must say right away that all expectations were met. Educational materials are presented in a very accessible language and can be put into operation almost immediately. There was a slight difficulty with learning via the Internet, but this is apparently because they are used to studying the old fashioned way at a desk. It's still new technology. My co-workers made each according to the project of a country house under the direction of Vitaly, one of them was a real project, so we immediately killed two birds with one stone, which in my opinion is very practical.

Now about the courses themselves. I liked that Vitaly can change the time of classes and goes to a meeting with answers to all questions. We never had to slow down the training, everything went smoothly and with a bang. It is very good that this course also tells about the design of the project, which is important, because clients always like good design. And by the way, about the clients, the customer really liked the house that we made as part of Vitaly's course, now we are finalizing it and I would like to start building it this year. It is already getting warmer in our region, and we already have a project.

Ushakova Vera, Zhukovsky
All the information on the course was very useful and interesting for me. every time, with every lesson, I learned a lot of new things. The whole course is built very competently, structured, accessible and interesting, thank you very much, Vitaly.

Purpose of learning (task): to study Archicad and Artlantis Studio (in the context of low-rise housing construction using SIP technology).

Starting Skills: I have not studied any of the programs (including in theory).

Result:

  1. She mastered both programs at the user level (which allows them to be actively applied in practice in the design and visualization of low-rise buildings using the vulture technology).
  2. Duration of training: from March 2013 to April 2013 inclusive, with a frequency of classes 2 times a week for 2 hours.

Additional opportunities subject to training with a teacher:

  1. The teacher is a PRACTITIONER!!!
  2. The curriculum was formed specifically for my tasks (i.e. nothing more).
  3. More precise processing of the material.
  4. Analysis of practical homework ( important point for me, because it was during the work with homework that, as a rule, difficulties and additional questions arose).
  5. The ability to coordinate the time and date of classes with the teacher (which allows you not to get out of your personal schedule).
  6. Possibility of consultations on-line (remotely), including after training.

The indicative program of my Archicad training course:

  1. The purpose and capabilities of Archicad.
  2. Principles of working on drawings.

I would like to say a few words about the first stage of my training in designing country houses in the ArchiCAD program under the guidance of architect Vitaly Zlobin and what prompted me to take this training.

The fact is that this topic (designing a country house) is very close and interesting to me at the present time, since my husband and I were just about to realize a long-standing idea of \u200b\u200b"the house of my dreams" and therefore I considered it very useful to undergo such training independently, so that later, accompanying the construction as a customer, it is better to understand the details and prevent irreparable mistakes.

Due to the fact that the training program for designing country houses is very well-written and, at the same time, very accessible for understanding, the range of possibilities and tools of the program is really very wide, and the teacher’s patience is limitless (J), learning, in my opinion, is as effective and interesting as possible. . It is also very important to note that the lessons or their corresponding parts can be reviewed several times in order to perform some operation that is not immediately successful or may be forgotten over time.

As a result of this training, I managed to remember what seemed to be long and firmly forgotten: after all, my first education was received in the specialty "Industrial and Civil Engineering" (in my case, this is an example of a persistent and unsuccessful parental choice). More than 25 years ago, when, after studying, I worked as an engineer in a design team, it was impossible to even dream of such a program as ArchiCAD! And I hated the devil! And, having changed my job with joy a long time ago, I didn’t even think that I would ever have to return to this, especially since the knowledge and skills acquired then, as unnecessary, were long forgotten. And now, taking into account the realities, new life circumstances and the accumulated experience and knowledge in other areas of activity, I have a completely different look at creating with my own hands (and brains) the project of my future home. Especially when such a program can be used as a tool! This training, in my opinion, opens up wide opportunities for development and creativity, and the ArchiCAD program is a fairy tale (for those who understand)!
Thank you very much, Vitaly!

Andrey Kuznechenkov, Moscow

Thank you so much!!! Vitaly!
P.S. I even thought about changing my profession 😉

Konstantin Surkov, Irkutsk

From a young age I thought about own house in which it will be cozy, warm and everything as I need. Looking through many typical projects on the Internet, I found what I like about different houses: one has an appearance, another has a layout, the third has furniture arrangement. But I did not find such that everything was as it should be. I started to be interested in architecture and design in order to create "my" house, in which everything would be to my liking. Many subtleties, many questions arose in the process of self-study, and one day, I accidentally saw training courses for all this on the site 7floor.ru
The cost at first seemed high, but this is only from the beginning. and besides, it pays off, because the purchase of a finished house project costs 2 times more, and an individual project is generally 5 times more.

My training lasted about 3 months, during which Vitaly contacted me 1-2 times a week, told me, answered questions, consulted, checked the assignment, helped solve my difficulties and introduced me to the world of design from stage to stage.

After completing the course, I received sufficient knowledge about the technologies of construction, design and design of country houses. I created a house project that I like and I can also change it and change everything I want. I studied the program of Archikad and Atlantis quite deeply. And has already done several projects for friends and relatives.

The course is very useful and probably the only one of its kind so far (lessons on YouTube will not give such a result). Of course, it was not quite easy to study, I had to devote 2-3 hours every day, but the result was obvious.

If you have the desire and financial ability to study design, then I would recommend Vitaly Zlobin as a teacher and a professional in this matter, and just a person with whom it was pleasant to communicate throughout the entire training!

Konstantin Surkov, economist. Irkutsk 2014

Yuri Nazarov, St. Petersburg

Starting training, I wanted to achieve certain goals - to enter the environment of designing country houses without having an architectural education, but only a little construction experience and understanding of the work of some structures. The program was chosen by "Expert", because it is the most complete, and if you really study something, then do not stop halfway.

Going through each of the stages and looking back, I could not understand how I could make such mistakes. Of course, the study of building structures, and there a more calculated block required a lot of effort, including work with textbooks and articles. Time had to be found almost every day, and on the way to and from work, sometimes I used every opportunity to watch a video, make calculations and look through examples of work.

During the training, you can’t immediately determine the level at which you are now and, I could understand this only when, already at the 5th stage, I got a job in a company engaged in the design of country houses. Having worked in it and talked with a large number of designers and architects, I realized how high a level of knowledge training from Vitaly provides. I never felt undereducated or lagging behind among people who had education and work experience behind them, moreover, usually a person could only navigate in the environment in which he has been working for the past few years - either calculations, or the AR section, or geology and foundations. And communicating with each of them, I understood everything they were talking about, and could freely navigate in their areas. This should give an understanding of how powerful learning is, and it really is.

And I will say this separately - Vitaliy gives a very high level of design, so far I have
I have not met a high level in work, and the projects that you learn to do are more than competitive in the design market.

I also wanted to say separately that the design school is just an amazing opportunity to gain knowledge that is almost impossible to find anywhere else, and even in such a convenient format. And this is a great project that will help make our business and construction and design more professional. I wish him only development and prosperity, because this is what our country really needs now, such an affordable opportunity to become a professional.

Instruction

There are many ready-made projects made by specialists, taking into account all possible requirements. But a good plan is worth it good money. If you have some engineering knowledge, you can try to make a plan for your house yourself.

Start designing a house with land exploration. This will help you find out accurate data about the properties of soils, about the height of groundwater, which is necessary when planning the foundation and basement. These works should be carried out late or early, when the groundwater level is as high as possible.

Having received the conclusion of engineering and geological studies, you can plan the possibility of building a basement - if too high level groundwater basement construction can increase the value of a home by 30 percent or more. Possibly with enough space land plot instead of a basement, an additional room is more appropriate.

Starting from the type and height of the foundation, decide on the type of material from which the house will be made, and proceed to the design of the house itself and the drawings. It is more economical and efficient to do a simple project at home. The more bends of the walls - the greater will be the cost of the project. The same applies to the house. In addition, a complex-shaped roof is less reliable, since the more bends and joints, the greater the likelihood that a leak may form in these places over time.

For greater energy efficiency, plan non-residential premises(, bathrooms, utility rooms) on the north side of the house, and residential - on the other sides. Remember that the location and size of windows and thermal insulation materials also affect the energy consumption of the future home.

To develop a project, you need to come up with a business idea (concept), and then calculate it. The latter means not only profitability, but also reality: how vital is the developed concept, whether it will resonate with the target audience, what motives will customers (customers, buyers) have.

You will need

  • - a computer
  • - telephone
  • - marketing research results

Instruction

After you have drawn the plan, install the . The entire building must be specified. You also need to show the binding of each partition, door and window. Take the scale of the plan 1:100, i.e. 1 meter is actually 10 mm on the drawing. If this scale is not suitable due to the dimensions of the building, you can take a scale of 1:50 or 1:200. Sign ready plan("Plan of the 1st floor"). Make an explication, which is a table of 3 columns (1 - explication number, 2 - name of the room, 3 - area of \u200b\u200bthe room). Place all this on a sheet with a frame and a stamp.

Useful advice

If you are unable to draw a project yourself, then you should contact the experts.

Many people dream of their own individual residential building, and it is all the more pleasant when these dreams begin to come true. When you have purchased a land plot, before inviting builders, you need to make a house project. If it's a single family home, you can design it yourself.

Urban planning legislation

Prior to 2004, obtaining a building permit for a residential building required a project completed by a licensed professional architect-designer. With the entry into force of the new Urban Planning Code, this requirement has been abolished and if you plan to build a residential building for your family no higher than 3 floors, it is not necessary to order an expensive project from certified designers.

But it is also impossible to build without a project, because, only having design decision you will be able to estimate the cost of construction, purchase the required amount of materials and explain to the builders what you want from them.

My own designer

Now that there is a computer in almost every home, there is no point in drawing a project and floor plans on the paper. To make a house project from scratch, you can use specialized software and create a three-dimensional model of your future home as close to reality as possible. Modern software products designed for non-professional architects allow solving quite professional tasks. With their help, you can not only design an architectural structure, “tying” it to the situation and terrain, but also develop the internal layout and design of all premises.

To design a house taking into account the terrain, you will need topographic survey of your land plot on a scale of 1:500 in electronic or raster form. Using it, you can make a three-dimensional model of the area and choose the best place for a residential building and outbuildings on it, as well as design landscape design solutions.

Software products for the design of residential buildings

The developers offer a wide range of products that will allow you to bring your architectural and design ideas to life. They certainly differ in price and functionality. For a novice user, we can recommend the basic version of the VisiCon package, as well as the programs "Design Studio 3D Home 3.0" and "ArCon Home & Landscape". They have a low price, convenient, intuitive Russified interface.

Those users who consider themselves advanced and, in addition, speak English, will like having advanced functionality FloorPlan 3D and Punch Professional Home Design Suite Platinum software products. The latter is especially attractive in that you can immediately design and engineering Communication, both internal and external.

Cottage or country house provides an opportunity to translate all the ideas of the customer about what should be modern house, located outside the city, into the required documentation, which will be required for coordination and the construction process itself.

The project of the house should be ordered to professionals, as they have the necessary professional skills. It is important to know that such a service is quite expensive in terms of cost, but at the same time the price is with all the positive factors that the project can only guarantee.

The main components of the country house project

Any project of a country house contains not only architectural section, but also one that defines some of the functional and visual characteristics of the structure. There is a special constructive section through which you can estimate the cost of the future construction process. A similar section contains information on the specification of all materials used. This will make it possible to draw up an estimate for the construction of a country house, as well as effectively avoid various unjustified waste from contractors. A large number of finished projects of country houses also includes a special section. It contains diagrams for connecting heating, sewerage, water supply and electrical equipment.

Benefits of drafting a project

Ready-made standard projects of houses provide an opportunity to save material resources and time, and are also excellent opportunity get a proven, high-quality solution. Standard projects at a cost an order of magnitude lower than those that are created by individual orders.

To get a project of a country house, you can visit electronic resource company that does this kind of work. Usually on the pages of the catalog there is a huge number of various projects of different sizes. The proposed options are able to satisfy the most demanding requirements of the customer, if necessary, you can make certain changes to finished project. As a result, you can get the perfect country house, which will be attractive. appearance and perfect functionality. It is for this reason that it is worth not saving, but seeking help from professionals who will draw up an ideal project for a country house.

You no longer need to be an architect or even have perfect drawing skills to design your own home. Technological progress provides a lot of opportunities. And, among other things, you can start drawing the layout of your house right now, without having any special tools for this, using only your PC and online tools created specifically for designing houses. Another good option are programs that you can install on your computer and work with them even without an Internet connection.

Online services

Online programs will help you install the walls of the virtual house and paint them in the right color, place additional buildings, decorate the yard and fill the house with furniture. Their main advantages:

  • The ability to independently plan your home to the smallest detail;
  • Relatively small time costs;
  • Timely correction of any shortcomings in the layout;
  • Free, in most cases;
  • The ability to use the 3D options to see the drawn house as if it had already been built.

Planner 5D is one of the popular online programs for planning houses and apartments. You don't even need to register to get started.

You can already choose ready template and work with it, or start your project from scratch.

The program allows you to create any number of rooms different forms, several floors in the house, has a wide variety of furniture, garden plants, models of people and animals, everything that the soul can desire. But not all objects are available in free mode. A monthly subscription for access to all layouts costs $5, and you will get permanent access to the full catalog for $20.

How to create a house in Planner 5D:

  1. In the "Rooms" section, you need to select the number of rooms, their shape and footage. You can also change the color and structure of all objects.
  2. Using the "Construction" section, you can install windows, doors and stairs.
  3. The "Interior" section helps to install all the necessary furniture, appliances and interior items.
  4. Additional outbuildings in the yard are contained in the "Exterior" section.
  5. You can look at the finished project in 3D.
  6. With the "Save" option, you can save the layout on your computer.

The program is good because it takes a minimum amount of time to create a house, but its disadvantage is the lack of professionalism and realism.

HouseCreator is a program that allows you not only to model a house, but also to calculate its approximate cost. The site has a video tutorial showing how to use the app, but the user interface is so clear and simple.

How to create a house in HouseCreator Online:
Choose the type and width of the foundation, the parameters of the walls, the number of floors and start designing. All this can be done in pop-up windows when entering the program.

  1. In the "Wall" menu, select the size and location of the rooms.
  2. The "Opening" menu will help you install doors and windows, choose their shape and size.
  3. In the "Roof" menu, select the type and shape of the roof.
  4. You can apply for the calculation of the cost of the project.
  5. Look at the finished house in 3D.
  6. In order to save the layout of the house, you need to register in the system.

The advantage of this application is the ability to calculate the cost of construction, choose the thickness of the walls, the height of the floor, the materials from which the house will be built.

A big minus: the program does not provide a decoration option, it is impossible to furnish the future house to your liking.

If you download and install the program on your computer, you can approach the matter much more thoroughly and professionally, create your dream home not in half an hour, but in weeks or even months. In addition, this method is more reliable, since it is less likely that the Internet will turn off and all work will “fly” at the most inopportune moment. The disadvantage of such programs is that you have to pay for them, but there is almost always a trial (free) period for which you can manage to build a project.

The advantage of Autodesk software is that students and university professors can download it for free. The project also has a free demo.

This program is very professional, it is possible to create not only a house, but also a car of your dreams, as well as interior items.

To work in it, you need to get a good hand, practice designing, but there is a chance that the created house project in this case will not be inferior even to a professional one. This software has many varieties of applications for modeling, design, animation and even mobile applications, but to create houses it is better to use one of the versions of AutoCAD.

How to use the Autodesk software:

  1. Download the demo version of AutoCAD from the official website and install it on your computer.
  2. Choose the size of the plot on which the house will be built.
  3. Adjust the relief of the area as close as possible to the present.
  4. Outline the foundation and walls of the future building.
  5. Build a roof, windows and doors.
  6. Pick up the interior decoration of the rooms.

Enjoy the labors of several weeks of work by printing out the project in two copies: one - to build a house on it, the other - framed and hung in a place of honor.
There are also many instructional videos on how to use the AutoCAD software.

Designing a house on your own is not an easy job, requiring sufficient perseverance, diligence and a desire to acquire new knowledge and skills. You can't do this in 30 minutes. However, if the goal is simply to better convey your message to home development professionals, or to have fun, you can use one of the online programs.
The following video is an example of working with one of the programs for designing houses.
